Ditto Simon. One salient point in all of this is that a young person, free of religious pressure and condemnation regarding their sexuality, wouldn't need 'counseling' of any kind.
They would be left alone to become who they are.
This 'deprogramming' is similar to other x-tian and fundie programming and medical interventions in the past that sought to change an individual's natural sexuality. The studies on these types of interventions, i.e. conversion therapy, conclude they are worthless to dangerous. Google it.
The judge in this case seems to be following the very best science. Imagine that. Justice by rational process and evidence rather than hysteria and religious dogma.

yesterday i made a visit to the museum in my city.
the top floor is the planetarium, which has a connecting room with a huge dome ceiling where they project lessons and lectures and you have a 360 view of the night sky etc.. this particular lecture explained about our galaxy, and how it's only one of billions in the universe.
and then we learned about each planet, some of their moons and the sun.

I thought he would act and sound more rational when he won the GOP primary. Boy, was I wrong. I thought maybe there was a chance he would act and speak more rationally when he was elected. Man, was I ever wrong.

I would LOVE to see this occur, but it obviously never will as others have rationally described. Religion is the opiate of the masses as Karl said, and it is also the primary reason for division, hatred, segregation, genocide and slaughter amongst our species.
But you know why I would mainly LOVE to see religion banned?? Because afterward there would be nothing, I repeat NOTHING, happen from your imaginary friends Jah and Daddy's Lil' Monster.

the other day my dad told me that i was old enough to make a decision, and was wondering why i wasn't ready (assembly is in a few weeks) so i told him calmly that i have many doubts and if i were to get baptized it has to be 100 percent my idea.
