The PO and CO visit me....new light!!??

i am just going to have to start keeping my front door closed.

today, i had it open, and there was no way to pretend i wasn't home when the two 'brothers' rang my door bell.

actually, they had been by last saturday, too, but the door was closed that day, and i didn't answer it.

You know I hate and love this post. I hate it because it reminds me of how much of a push over I can still be, while I was reading the 'new light' ideas and it came up to the islam part I thought .. hmmm that could work, that might be right .. only to read on further and see that now they think that not all ppl around the earth have to be reached with the 'good news' How disgusting of them, it would appear to me that they have nominated themselves pre-judges to the people before god supposedly steps in.

I guess it proves to me that no matter how far we come as people there will always be people that play on societies weaknesses.

Did/Has anyone who read this have a little voice inside them say "Oh my god, what if they have it right now ?"

Heheh I loved it! It's funny you should bring up that book because guess what I have on my bedside table to start reading again tonight ?

Isn't it strange how you forget things .. I think I have read that book at least twice and still cant remember most of the story. Although I was about 8 at the time.

Well seeming as I am still a big kid I simple love the Harry Potter series. But I have to tell you I have always LOVED magical stuff.

When I was little I used to love nearly all of Enid Blytons books especially 'The Faraway Tree' and 'The Wishing Chair' series.

I would like to bring to peoples attention that nowhere that I'm aware of does it say that Jesus actually pee'd Could it be that the son of god didnt need to ? And how would you go about proving that he actually did .. pee. What colour was it if he did ? Does this also mean that he poo'pd ?

I am now officially Disfellowshipped

talk about kicking you when you are down!

you all know i just lost my first baby through miscarriage and that my mum was supportive through out the whole ordeal... well it didn't last.

she called me last night and informed me that there had been a committee meeting held and that the elders had decided due to the circumstances that they would disfellowship me.

*hugz* My heart goes out to you. As far as relationships go my mum went through a simalar circumstance to you .. she is now currently disfellowshiped with her husband (they got married after being dissed) and are now making their way back to the borg. Please dont make the same mistake they are making. It makes me sad that mum feels after she has got everything that makes her happy that its time to make her way back to the JWs.

The elders are really low and I feel angry at their heartless stance on issues that need to be treated with love and compassion. It makes me angry that they justify their hateful attitudes on some bible based bullshit. It's wrong and they are WRONG. But I guess in their sad messed up approach it shows people that are waking up that they really are in the wrong place.

My thoughts are with you.

This forum has an interesting way of honoring Christ....schitzo, gay......what's next? Do you have no respect for anyone?

Just one little point people who are gay would take offence to speculating someone is gay as having no respect. Being gay I have nothing but respect for my fellow man/woman and I feel I deserve the same.

As far as Jesus being gay ?!?! What the eff does it matter ? He is a corpse even if he ever existed. Stop living in the land of the dead and come back to your REAL life

When are people going to stop getting caught up on where other peoples heart and genitals go. Its over !!!
