  for 30 years i never heard one time that christ died for me personally.

  i always heard that he died to pay back what adam lost.

  that never made alot of sense to me, but i just went along with it as a kid and young adult.. then, after i left... it hit me just how simple the whole thing was.

  human beings are ends in themselves and never a means of resolving other problems.

  The life differences between a good christian and good athiest

  let's compare a christian who goes to a non judgemental / non guilt trip church which focuses really on the gospels, jesus teachings on being non judgemental, anything out of love there is no law against, and they contribute to society.

  then an athiest who if you put side by side w/ the above christian, you would not know any difference unless you asked their beliefs.

  both are good people, who are able to lead lives doing what they want, enjoying their life, and trying to help their neighbors too.

  who'd a thunk that the wts new age religion would have the old, stodgy, completely aloof, arrogant and out of touch leadership and the old established catholic church would have the hip, cool dude at the top totally rockin' it?!.

  i'm not religious but i have to say, he seems like a great leader - down to earth, humble, sensible and not full of himself despite his position.

  he used to be a bouncer, did the laundry for his underlings and generally sets an example of how people like the gb should behave ... but don't.. kudos to him for doing a great job so far.

  in the uk we have darwin on our banknotes.

  in kansas you get public prayer booths in the streets installed at tax-payers expense... .

  since the booths were put in throughout town several months ago, kansas city data tracking confirms that on average, the prayer booths receive over 100,000 callers per week.. it is therapeutic, that is how we lobbied them through city council, local pastor reverend miles collier reports.
