What is your final destination?
You can escape, I promise, but you need a plan. Never forget that you are your toddlers best chance of freedom, that is not worthless at all, no matter how much other people might make you feel that way.
there are times like this moment i think of taking a train to my final destination.
i know i have some unfinished business ( got a wife and kids though jw), but i am really done with it.
i hate my life.

have you ever heard that statement?
i have heard it many times and i just don't know what to do with it.
they are chosing a to live a lie because they like the lifestyle.
I've heard this said a lot and I think I probably said it myself as well, but I feel that in reality this is a statement that can only make sense to an actual believer. Though there may be a few exceptions the vast majority of people who lose their JW faith are very frustrated or angry at their situation, having to keep your opinions secret is a horrible way to live but JWs don't consider this element when making such statements.
has anyone had success with a high traffic website or blog ?.
it might take a team of people to accomplish.. ads pay and people count, lots and lots of people.
does jehovahs-witness.net make money every time someone looks at the web site?
I'd have guessed that ExJWs were the most frequent visitors to the site...
supposing that you might say that you believe in god, how might a god of love, show that he really cares about us all?.
Sheesh, ever consider both/and?
i have tried researching, but this pesky organisation always packs out the list.
you seem to have to drill down several layers before reaching christadelphians.. is it a recognised idea among other peoples/religions?.
There concept of it is pretty unique but the belief in a corporeal resurrection and new earth is quite common. Start with NT Wright.
supposing that you might say that you believe in god, how might a god of love, show that he really cares about us all?.
"Did you have a personal revelation that god died for you? Did you become convinced about it based on objective evidence?
Or were you taught that this is something christians hae to believe in order to belong to the club?"
1.Yes 2. no 3. sometimes.
I'm always honest.
supposing that you might say that you believe in god, how might a god of love, show that he really cares about us all?.
And why have you falsely accused me of making a personal insult?
The implication that I'm indoctrinated wasn't meant to be insulting? I know your usual style is to try to shock people out of what you perceive to be their irrationality but I think we've engaged enough times to know that I deserve better than that...
As I said to eva I don't want to take this thread off topic by turning this into an atonement debate, perhaps I will start a topic on it when I have more time.
Have a nice day Bill.
supposing that you might say that you believe in god, how might a god of love, show that he really cares about us all?.
War makes me sick too Eva luna, but except for the hint (erm... Thanks?) I don't really understand what point you're trying to make? Sorry...
Anyway, I was just teasing in my first post, don't want to rip minimus' thread off topic.
supposing that you might say that you believe in god, how might a god of love, show that he really cares about us all?.
Cofty, Ever considered you might be so keen to go on your heresy hunting that you jump into your lectures without first seeking to understand what anyone actually believes? Because Calvin's 15th century version of the atonement is the only way to read the gospel stories.
I thought you didn't do personal insults?
supposing that you might say that you believe in god, how might a god of love, show that he really cares about us all?.
Dying for someone else is a strange concept? There's a reason we honour our war dead.
