  in 1990 my mother married an american guy from that she had met while working for an aircraft company.

  my brother was not allowed to visit me and they even turned him against me.

  the relationship that my mother and i have will never be like what we had.

  Awww pr..I want to hug you so bad. Your story is so touching. I am glad that you and your mother are free but I still hate to see this kind of story. Mine is not much better but I am sorry you went through so much....

  OOOHHH! Ven, I have the "Slap my Ass and Call Me Sally" sauce in my fridge! YUM! I mean OUCH!!! I love that stuff. I always add it to my salsa with a few blackened habenero's!

  Ruby, it's called a chili pepper high. Your brain thinks your mouth is on fire and releases endorphins! Whoot whoot!!!!

  The rumor in my cong was that a smurf got up and bit a baby! I watched my mom burn all my smurf dolls in the fireplace! Talk about nightmares! I was afraid of that show for years...

  well, i panicked, i prepared and had excuses ready.

  strategies and contingency plans up and running.

  i have been awaiting, nay willing my "inactive persons' shepherding call" (whatever) and it hasn't happened yet!.

  I moved away and now I'm hiding.

  My dad has been pressuring my sisters and myself to go to meetings alot lately so I don't know what they are planning. He probably tipped off the local congregation as to our whereabouts but as I am the only one of my siblings to get baptised I am under the most pressure. Oh well, they can d/f me if they want! I don't think my family will shun me either way because they want to see their grandson and they won't be able to if I am d/f'd. I think they are just afraid I won't make it to "paradise" with them! LMFAO!

  Hey babe, I also vote for Michael Moore as the only man left with his head screwed on straight!!!

  Francois, I like you but ! You have to understand that GW Bush did NOT win the election! However he did manage to subvert the system so he can't be as stupid as we like to think. I didn't vote fot the dummy on the right or the dummy on the left. I voted for Nader!!!

  As far as woman I most admire...hmmmm....

  I still have a thing for Mother Theresa....

  I saw it too but it made me so sick I turned it off before it was over.

  When I was a kid and I used to see his name in the tv guide and get all excited cause I thought it said "Benny Hill". And then to my great disappointment it was HINN! Well, they were both on late at night....

  i left the jws 7 years ago and still have a sister in there.. my mother has also now left and as a result has been banned from seeing her grandchildren by my sister, yet her father inlaw a jw and convicted peodophile ( he repented so its all ok now!!!

  we can't agree on a name for our soon to be born baby boy.. i love the name tristen.

  he hates it.. he wants a basic name like bobby, tony, etc.. is there a name that sounds like tristen but isn't?.

  give me some ideas if you can.

  I agree with Jes..Devon! It means poet and it is a lovely mainstream kinda name..

  btw that is my son's name and he is a well adjusted little boy..I love him so...
