  For All Who Are Going to the Convention This Year

  for most of us who are going to the 'delieverance at hand' district convention we want to be low on the radar.

  but wouldn't it be terrible if we missed out meeting someone else from the board while we attended the same convention?

  listing what convention your going to might be to much of a give away for some people, but i really don't care.

  Actually, I just thought of something that might explain why they don't want the vendors there. If the vendors are open from 8:00am to when the assembly is over, that means that pu-lenty of people will be up milling about during the session, eating and drinking instead of being brainwashed by whoever's on the platform......now that would make perfect sense----fear of not enough brain washing going on......

  This shows how the rank and file are really viewed. The rank and file are treated like children that can't be trusted to make choices for themselves.

  I also wonder if its about money. Most Jw families go to the assemblies with a set amount to spend. If concession stands are open some are liable to spend it on food rather than putting the money in the contribution boxes. Less for them.

  What slaves we were of these men.!!!! We were all victims of cruel manipulation. Good for you for having the courage and stamina to stand up to them.

  I used to think that governing body members were kindly men deceived themselves. Now I realize that they are down right evil. As far as I am concerned they are from the devil.

  I enjoyed your letter on blood as well. All the best to you as you start a new chapter in your life and please post as often as you can here.

  jehovahs witnesses went door to door this year to hand out invitations to their deliverance at hand conventions.

  only watchtower would invite the general public to their conventions and have pre-arranged to shut down the concessions so the attending few public would starve.

  Meanwhile someone from your hall is reading this board, reports this info to your elders, and they show up there and find out that you indeed are Theocrat. Then they hold an impromptu Judicial Committee and DF you on the spot.

  Well, if someone from my hall is reading this board and reports me , that someone is in hot water too. I would deny it. But he would get caught reading from an apostate website.

  I am not worried about that. I wish someone else from my vicinity would wake up too.

  I will be in Kitchner Ontario June 23-25, 2006.

  I guess all you other Ontarians are assigned to the first one at the Aud.

  Plan to bring wrappers from fast food joints. Then discreetly leave them behind the vendors counters.

  This year they are really putting on the pressure about bringing your own food.

  A few months ago a letter was read from mother, urging all to abide by this rule. Apparently management and the vendors are complaining that the delegates are coming in with food stuffs from outside vendors.

  The letter said that ALL need to comply. The future of assemblies at the Aud is on the line. Managers have threatened not to renew contracts with Watchtower.

  So those of you going this weekend, remember to bring some tim horton cups , mcdonald wrappers, etc.

  Let's stir the pot a little.

  many of my past thoughts have been funneled through one of your regulars due to my current situation.

  however, my first post illustrates the type of increased activity i expect on this site and similar ones in the near future, as just a few former insiders become disgruntled and get involved.
