I would say its idolatry but no one else in the dubland seems to think anything of it. I've seen mugs and pins and pens and cakes with the the jw logo. Someone even had a jw.org reef on their door. -

I hope that lots of dubs watch this production. I have heard many witnesses that feel that the prohibition on education is a local thing. Now they will get to see that it's systemic and the'll get to hear it from the horses' mouth.
Tony Morris you have just given yourself a little more rope to hang yourself with!
So Brumley gets sent to get a law degree 30 years ago . He has used his education from the enemy for 30 years and now he decides that it was a bad idea? Idiot! Why did the society continue to sent people to law school after Brumleys disastrous experience?
If this production doesn't spell cult I don' t what would.

Glad you made your way here. All the changes of the last few weeks have made me realize something about myself and this forum. I can't live without it. I don't post much but I have developed a fondness to many many posters and I am so happy that everyone is finding their way here. -

Early Morning Informal Witnessing, Yay!!
by kairos inhow many of us would get up and "start your time" by 6:00am or earlier?.
i sure did my fair share and convinced many others to join me semi-regularly.. we'd stand out in front of "somewhere/something", you remember?.
donut shop, 7-11, liquor store ( genius ), driving to laundry rooms or coin-op's, etc... anyway, this past sunday i was pumping fuel for the long trip home early in the morning out of l.a. to norcal, when i spotted a young, energetic version of myself 20 years ago.

On Saturday mornings, a sister would pick me up at 5:00 am so we could do go to a local market to stand with our mags. Then she would drop me off at 9:00 at my work and she would continue to the service arrangement.
On Mondays it was the marathon day. Start you time at 8:00 am and continued until late into the evening
i feel a little vomit coming up

Poster country flags and privacy
by Simon inthe new forum originally had a little country flag next to each post showing the country that the post was made from based on the geoip encoding (the country the ip address is from).
before i switched over to the new site someone made an issue about it violating their privacy and i didn't want to complicate and confuse the switchover with policy debate at the same time as technical issues so removed the flags even though i disagreed.. someone has already requested it as a feature and i think it should be added back so i thought it's now time to open the discussion and get everyone's opinions.
first, the reason i think it should be shown:.

Funny accidental comment made by a public speaker! (Lord of the rings)
by stuckinarut2 inthe public speaker today made a funny mistake while reading this scripture: matthew 19:6.
6 "so that they are no longer two, but one flesh.
therefore, what god has yoked together, let no man put apart.. but the funny things was, it sounded like he said:.
