They party all the time. They travel under the guise of preaching where the need is great. The go in service and then they end up in some nice restaurant. I see their activities all over social media. I really don't know where there get the money because most of them have very low paying jobs.

What do you think the Australian Government will do?
by Richard Oliver ini am not wanting to start a fight.
i just want to hear what people think.
honestly and realistically, what do you think the australian government will do, with watchtower, when they receive the full arc report?.

They could lose their charitable status. I hope they do. A multimillion dollar organization that does so little for people should not have the privilege.

2 sisters called today
by stan livedeath inive lived here 7 months now--and today was the 4th time some dubs have called--while i was at home.. they were probably about 60-70.. after i let one do her simple leaflet presentation--i told them i used to be a jw--but left over 40 years ago.
and that i held the watchtower responsible for the break up of my family: and discussed shunning.. but the main thing i wanted to discuss--was the sale of their kingdom hall.
they confirmed a sale was going through.

These two might go and relate what you said to someone else and a seed could be planted in someone else.
Great job

Joachim Boldt - Two More Retractions for WT's bloodless "expert"
by OrphanCrow infrom retraction watch:.
when you have 94 retractions, what's two more?.
attention joachim boldt: the 1990s are calling, and they want their papers back.the annals of thoracic surgery has retracted two papers from the early 1990s on which boldt was the first author – bringing the retraction tally for the disgraced german anesthesiologist to 96, by our count.

Was looking at my childhood book "From Paradise Lost to Paradise Regained" I found something interesting.
by Still Totally ADD ini was showing a friend of mine what kind of books my parents allowed me to read when i was very young.
no children books that was age related but the so called orange paradise book was my only children book i had.
she was taken back on how violent it was and showing little kids being killed by god was just unspeakable.

Greenhornet--that picture brings back memories for me. My grandma used to have that book at her house and I used to stare in panic at that picture.--Sometimes I marvel at all of us and how well we turned out considering what mental abuse we went through.

I remember those calendars. My father framed them. And I'll admit I thought they were beautiful.

There are a lot of claims but little to back up the information. There are no references to check. We don't know who the authors are and what their level of academic expertise is.

Lynn is a courageous person. But she should go to the police with her story. So much for elders covered over by holy spirit.

New to site...let me intro myself
by LarryCope infirst, i've been out of the organization for 20 years this very year!
i was baptized in 1979 and attended one of the lancaster ohio congregations.
realizing i was gay, i left and after being in the columbus gay community for 6 months, decided bar hopping and cruising was not my cup o' tea.i decided to return in late '90 and was reinstated in '91.
