  I think emotional abuse can be at times so much worse then phyiscal.

  Well since I never experience sex while still a "witness" I cant say. but I know that I love trying and doing different things that were forbidden by the society....

  And man do I love learning new things!!!!!!!

  how is this.... i started working for a company in sydney while still a witness.

  i moved from a little country town to there so didnt know a soul.

  well the receptionist that worked with me was very loud and out going and used to swear quite a bit.. but i started picking up signals as you do when your a witness that this girl was also a witness.

  SHE LEFT ME!

  my wife, liza, came home from work this morning (she was doing the 3rd shift thing) and said she was leaving me.

  this afternoon at 1 pm i took her to the bus station.

  at 4:20 pm she was off to nyc.

  I know what you are going through. I recently got told that my partner was leaving me and he couldnt give a good reason.

  I know you dont want to hear it and it wont make you feel any better at the moment but time does heal all wounds. Each day will get a little easier for you.

  I don't feel so good :(

  i have been talking with a nurses assistant in retirement and she says that the last nine months with all these leg ulcers, the meds.

  i have been taking, the three weeks in the hospital, etc.

  has finally all caught up with me and i feel like crap!.

  I started working for a company in Sydney while still a witness. I moved from a little country town to there so didnt know a soul. Well the receptionist that worked with me was very loud and out going and used to swear quite a bit.

  But I started picking up signals as you do when your a witness that this girl was also a witness. This one day she was talking to one of her friends about going to "Bethal" and about pioneering etc. this clinched it for me

  After this conversation she then spoke to her boyfriend and had a heated arguement with him calling him every name under the sun. After she got off the phone I turned and said to her... I would again like to introduce myself. I am Sister Parsons and I am too a witness. Well you should have seen her face. She nearly died of shock because she had been sprung. Her dad being one of the elders in her congregation. She said to me.. Oh my god... how long have you known. I said to her a few weeks.

  She had to take a 10 minute break to calm down. After that.. she was a very good christain girl around me.

  Boy it felt good for springing her!

  A reason because the WT are wrong

  as a business consultant, in some opportunities i found articles that in my opinion apply to the wt.

  it covers, between others, the topic about why some measurements programs in the business may fail.

  the reason that in my opinion may apply to the wt is the use of: indicators that motivated wrong behavior.

  I agree with you that it promotes disappointment when you cannot do the "australian average". It can become very disheartening at times.

  i've noticed that the friends forum on this board gets about twenty-five times the number of posts as forums such as bible research and beliefs, doctrines & practices.

  do you think that says something about most of the posters here?

  I have been to Channel C and it is all Bible talk.

  I feel I have had it rammed down my throat enough. I know where my bible is and if I have any questions I know that there is a forum to discuss it.

  I came here looking for friends who have been through what I have and understand it. I dont want to be preached too..

  Just my opinion

  I cannot think of anyone within my old cong. The couple that stands out to me was Conrad and Julie Mack - our Circuit oversear for a while.

  they were the sweetest and most understanding witness couple that I come across. They didnt take sides and because they were a stepfamily aswell they new what we were going through as a step family

  They were sent overseas to Sir Lanka to be missionaires and while there Conrod died of a heart ache. He is sadly missed by alot of people.
