  were you scared to become an apostate?

  when i fisrt left the organization,i was always full of duobt that it was the truth.i can remember ,becoming an apostate,was the unforgivable sin.for about 10 years i wouldnot "say"the "religion"was untrue and full of lies.even tho i was never going to go back.ater i have heard a lot of the "b.s" about this so called religion,was i peaceful saying this was lies.. i am now a proud apostate.

  i found especially perturbant the parallels in the conclusion between jesus christ and osiris-dionysus.

  of course any kind of material could the published in the internet, but, are these parallels thrue ?

  Are We Getting Used To Terrorism?

  it is so easy to underestimate the enemy.every day in every part of the world, we are affected by terrorism.especially after 9-11, we were more aware and vigilant of the possible dangers that we might encounter.

  now, the newest threat could be snipers.

  imagine if suddenly , in every state or country, a sniper slyly attacked the innocent.

  I AM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT ISRAEL. I HAVE FRIENDS THERE. ONE OF THEM ALMOST WAS BLOWN UP SEVERAL TIMES. THEY ARE SO BRAVE BECAUSE THEY COULD COME HERE TO LIVE. I PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF ISRAEL.   I AM NOT USED TO IT. I AM CONCERNED MY SISTER LIVES IN ANNAPOLIS MARYLAND. MY NIECE HUSBAND AND THEIR 3 CHILDREN. EVEN THO THEY HAVEN'T COME THEIR WAY YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY MIGHT.   i just wanted to post some quotes from the paducah sun (kentucky) newspaper from the january 28th 2001 edition.. i would love to hear everyone's comments on this newspaper article!.

  mario moreno, associate general counsel at the church's new york headquarters, said when church policy is applied to child molesters, "as a parent, an attorney and an elder, i'm comfortable with our policy.".

  moreno said while he believes in the church's policy, he knows that some members have been hurt, and "my heart goes out to them.

  they dont have common sense that god gave them. this is proof that they are not led by god. they are phoneys. just because the law doesnt require them to report it common sense saids to call police and let them handle the sex abuse case who molests children in front of witnesses? yucca

  just wondering what some of your thoughts were on this topic of salvation.

  i've heard alot about it and really want to believe it, but i am having such a hard time understanding about god and jesus christ since leaving the org.

  i am fed up with organized religion and am afraid to go to chuch.

  i'm looking for comments or thoughts from everyone here before i post a my reply.. ...you asked for a definition of "monotheism" and/or "biblical .

  heres a simple explanation of the trinity. you take an egg. theres the shell the yolk the white part. its one egg but 3 parts. how about triplets 3 boys they inherit their fathers kingdom. they are all king but 3 personalties on the throne. god bless yucca

  this morning as i was waiting for my ride into work, i was looking at the trees in my neighborhood.

  i don't know what kind of trees they are, but some look like steeples.

  i remembered how we were taught that church steeples were like phallic symbols pointing up into jehovah's nose.

  mildred was a 93 year-old woman who was particularly despondent over the recent death of her husband earl.

  she decided that she would just kill herself and join him in death.

  thinking that it would be best to get it over with quickly, she took out earl's old army pistol and made the decision to shoot herself in the heart since it was so badly broken in the first place.
