  this past saturday, my wife and i went shopping in san marcos at the factory outlet mall.

  we had a very pleasant day there, and afterwards went for a late lunch.. after lunch, we went to a local half-price books store where she went looking for novels by authors that she likes to read.

  i went looking through the books too, for some book that might catch my eye.. in one section of books, way up high - in fact, it was on the very top shelf which was about seven or eight feet up, i spotted about 6 bound volumes of the wts watchtower & awake.

  They usually will have a new world translation bible or 2 at the used bookstore I go to. They usually give store-credit for stuff like that

  i was at a amusement park here in calgary today.

  my jw mother and my young brother came to visit for a week,so me and my sister thought it would a nice idea to take them to do something fun.

  i guess they had a part of it called hallo street and my mom was getting all sketched out from all the halloween decorations around.

  I had an elder tell me that a person should follow the watchtwr whether the information is right or wrong. Another elder sat beside him and agreed.

  Of course, then I had to shutem down right in his own house, then he asked me to leave. Then I stood up, laughed in his face, then stuck my finger about 3 inches from his nose and said "Soon enough, you won't be spreading anymore of your poison lies". Then I slammed his front door as I went out, then I walked accross his front yard instead of walking around it.

  why did jehovahs witness stop having assemblies at dodgers stadium

  does anyone know why the jw's stopped having the conventions at dodgers stadium in los angles in the early 1990's?

  i was curious.

The child thinks they are controlling the car with their little toy steering wheel, But the whole time the father knows that he is actually in control, and the child is playing with a useless toy, that controls nothing

  My Neighbor Got Egged The Other Day.

  it came from the front of my house.......the first thought out of my mind was.....some petty jw was feeling persecuted and trying to retaliate....as i don't hesistate to throw jw flyers back at the people that leave them in my door....(with a big smile and wave, of course).

  my neighbor was mad yelling and blaming my kids....(my kids were not even home).

  How do you know it was a kid? Im a grown man and I still like to toss an egg or 2.......
