  Disfellowshipped? I got a question

  if a person is disfellowshipped, can they talk to anyone in the congregation?

  and if not, what scripture says they (the disfellowshipped person) can not.

  and, has anyone ever heard that an elder or someone else suggest a disfellowshipped person wear a letter "d" (the scarlett letter) when they go to public functions like an assembly?

  the wt frequently quotes herodotus and tacitus.

  it is interesting to see what herodotus says about egyptians as an eye witness account in his day.

  and in tacitus' account of the origin of the jews, he puts them with egyptians, phoenicians and ethiopians.

  Was the Ethiopian a proselyte

  i've looked high and low through out the scriptures and can't find any proof that the ethiopian was a proselyte.

  apollo was from alexandria...was he a proselyte?

  now, of course, that would just mess up that key of the kingdom forte.

  Dinah, guilty or not guilty

  in a publication called "my book of bible stories" is the story of dinah.

  it is implied that she is the start of the downfall of a nation and the corruption of her brothers.

  and that she went out to see girls she was not to go and see.. but who does the bible blame and what is the story here?

  i am wondering since the dna evidence of jews of color was brought out in time magazine and 20-20, have the jehovah's witnesses changed their language about the beta israel (derogatorily called falasha)?

  have they stopped calling them prosolytes?

  have they stopped calling others of color prosalytes?

  Blacks in concentration camps

  i know jehovahs witnesses have expressed various people who were in concentration camps.

  i have never seen in print their acknowledgement of blacks being there.

  although blacks, in their publications of being in the camps, mention jehovah's witnesses.

  have jehovah's witnesses said anything about the fact that africans are jews.

  something that has been known for years, yet jehovah's witnesses' pictures in their books never depict this.

  but they scaled it down so eeny teeny weeny itty bitty, that no one could tell what the jews looked like.
