  Having One Of Those "Pondering Disassociation" Days :(

  there are a lot of things that make me have days like this, the utter embarrassment of being are part of a cult that protects child abusers, that enforces emotional brutality through shunning, and that lies constantly.

  the lying i can tolerate, the world is built on bullshit, i have a high lie tolerance.

  i can ignore it if it has no effect on me etc.

  Freemindfade......dude.....your wife is a pioneer.....wow bro , how do you do it? Man does she always bug you to go with her? If she asks for your company on fs, and you refuse...how does it make you feel?

  Just asking....cuz on saturdays when i drop my dad off at the kh for fs, he always tells me "wish you could be by my side"....😢

  Even though its a brainwashed good ol man, who has never let me down.....i feel sad, and mad. Its not in my being...to be fake, not me....i despise that shit. But i would never say or do anything to break pops, let them do what they do.

  so lately i've felt so frustrated and overwhelmed that i had to tell someone how i felt.

  my parents were gone so i decided to talk to my sister.

  we've always been close so i thought i could trust her because we have talked about it before.

  my jw spies tell me that the kingdom halls are empty compared to how they used to be, since i left 5 years ago.

  On saturdays i usually take my dad to the kh, and he goes preaching , and someone will bring him home. He likes to arrive early to open the place up, and have his coffee. The past 2 saturdays he's had to call me back to get him, because nobody showed.

  so you have had some kind of supernatural revelation, a personal message from god and some miraculous sign that you have been personally chosen by the almighty, what would you do?.

  would you be the same as every other wt'ite, dragging yourself to the meetings, getting your 10 hours in each month, maybe pioneering?.

  "As a matter of Conscience" - Sail Away.

  i am encouraged by sail away to take steps to officially distance myself from the tenets of the jws.

  i can no longer bear the thought of my being associated with their policies.. i too will give them a letter this week to dissociate, while circumventing their shunning cruelty.. i will simply write:.
