So, I'm a student :)
by Vivamus inyou know what's really weird?
ever since i am not a jw anymore, and actually do have a social life to speak of, i hate being alone.
it's sunday afternoon, i have spend the majority of the day catching up on sleep, its my first night home this week, and i am having withdrawal sings, i want to go out damnit.

Selena's Father felt Guilty,,Did we expect bad things to happen to us?
by LyinEyes inon vh1 last nite they played the selena movie, i am pretty sure everyone remembers selena the singer.
i wanted to do some research to find out it they really were witnesses and more of their story.. i read that when selena was shot, she was dead on arrival at the hospital, but the doctors performed heroic measures to save her life, even giving her 5 blood transfusions.
when her father got to the hosptial and was told she was gone , even after they tried to give transfusions, he said,,,,,,,,no she wouldn not have wanted blood transfusions.

Uh-oh.........elder visit tomorrow.

i was gone all day today, and when i returned dave told me an elder and his wife had called on mom today, and when he left, he approached dave in the yard, and arranged to come here tomorrow after their meeting, with another elder to talk to the two of us.. the noose is tightening.
we are babysitting the grandkids, so haven't been able to talk about strategy.. stay tuned..............i'll update you tomorrow afternoon.

If/when elders come to our house to do their business, I will fight. I'll be damned if I'll let a couple of elders come into my house and lift their leg on me and mine without firing off a few shots of my own.
The only difference between Big Tex and I is that the elders won’t even get in the door! I consider all elders as scum and mentally inferior. If they were not, they wouldn’t be elders and wouldn’t be in the Borg. It’s a simple as that. My philosophy is ‘I owe them nothing – I give them NOTHING!’ and that includes TIME!

Just had an elder visit

my dad was talking to them in the livivng room as i came down for my lunch.

I tortured my wife this evening
by freedom96 inshe was on the computer, and i had her close her eyes, told her i had a suprise for her.
i had found a couple month old watchtower, and as her eyes were shut, i reached around and laid the magazine in front of her.. we have never as a couple had any witness magazines in our home, and had been quite a while since we had looked at one at all.. she looked at it, and groaned, as she read to me the same dribble that we hadn't seen first hand in years.. come to think of it, she tortured herself as she continued to read the nonsense.
she would blurt out different parts of the magazine, and we would suffer flashbacks.. when she finished it, she handed it over to me.

Hi Dede,
When I lived on the Island of Anglesey, North Wales (west coast of Great Britain), we used to have our circuit assemblies in Llandudno (pronounced Clandidno), about an hour's drive away. The assembly was held in Llandudno Theatre, right opposite the beach. To get to the beach one had to cross a main road and, during the mid-session break, most families availed themselves of the opportunity to sit on the beach and imbibe the fresh sea air. Sadly, a young boy, in his haste to get to the beach, was hit by a car and killed. His family HAD attended the assembly and still this immense tragedy occurred.
Ecc 9:11 partly says: "Time and unforseeen occurrence befall them all". This, of course, is true - but what galls me is that JWs ALWAYS use it when a "good Dub" gets sick/injured/killed, but when someone who leaves the Borg gets sick/injured/killed it's because they left Jehovah's loving organisation. IMBECILES!
