Then again I did not dissasociate myself I was df. If I am comprehending this correctly one is dissasociated because he willingly chooses not to be a witness? If that is the case shouldn't you be happy?

Disassociated
by Euphemism ini just found out that the elders announced meia's and my disassociation at the service meeting this week.
they'd called me on monday and told me that they were going to; i fired off an appeal letter the next day, and hadn't heard anything, so i thought they might have postopned the announcement.
i just found out, however, that the meeting was held on monday this week because the other congregation had the co's visit.

Well I grew up in the the truth. Auxiliary pioneered throughout high school and started regular pioneering when I was in the 12th grade. I stayed with that regimen for five long years while attending college full time. 1999 was a turning point for me when I decided that life was just not for me. Stayed in seclusion for four years after that, then got a burning desire to research my jw roots. It wasn't until a few months ago that I realized the wts teachings couldn't hold water.

People who repeat back what you just said in the form of a question. People who refuse to accept my time is valuable. Ignorant people who double park.

What's your favorite JW word or phrase?
by Sara Annie inin a minimus moment, i find myself interested in knowing which buzz-words and phrases in jw publications stand out the most to you?
when i read wt literature, i constantly find myself astounded by how transparently cultish the language is.
in an earlier, unrelated thread, i said the following: .

Funny Thread
I thought it was kind of hilarious when elders would plead with sisters to marry only in the lord. Rightfully did they have that choice? Knowing that sisters where indeed the large army? Go to any assembly and there would be like ten sisters to every one brother. Geez get real. I really despised the elder who promptly told me to wait on Jehovah and not receive psychological counseling, when I was diagnosed as clinically depressed. Was I supposed to snap out of my depression with that suggestion. I really wanted to tell him to go to hell!
