i had a publisher tell me this recently that she felt that it showed disrespectful to the brother up there giving the prayer, like you're ignoring him or something.
what do you think?
and if so, any bible scripture or watchtower or awake backing this idea up specifically?.
If a fart is ok then I would hold it-Amen.

there are 4 single men who are serving as ms. all are tripping over themselves for attenttion.
do they have to marry off a ministerial servant before taking him to the next level?.
and what percentage of elders are married?
Actually, if the qualifications for elders and ms's are to be taken literally, then they must be married--husband of one wife-- and have children under subjection.

let's face it.
after 2014 comes and goes uneventfully, reality will hit hard for many.
the organization will fall apart and apathy, inactivity and bitterness will rule.
The attitude of the gb is, "if it ain't broke why fix it?" They ain't broke so no fixes are a comin'.

$ 2,625.85. donation resolution .
All I can say is that if jw's buy, "invisible presence", "overlapping generations", and "sooooooon", then spinning that this 'new' donation (wink-wink) arrangement is not "tithing"---welll that will be a walk in the park. And it won't be a stroll.

the method i used lol.
1) be a good servant and make sure your wt and pub are always underlined every meeting(great for appearances).
2) comment every meeting(a "sure way" to know someones "spiritually qualified").
Move to where the "great are needed".

both jws and former jws dont seem to remember that up until 1990, jws sold magazines, books, and brochures from door to door.
you went to either the magazine or the literature counter and bought publications that you were going to sell.
pioneers would get a slight discount.
Religion is a snare and a money making racket! yep we were all just salesmen. god they were so subtle and persuasive in seducing us into believing that we were not just ordinary salesmen selling religion.

add your quotes with no commentary if you like, it should be obvious why you agree.. the dangers of being deceivedthe really sad fact is that very often the person who is deceived or deluded tends to hold on to his belief in spite of strong evidence proving otherwise.
perhaps he gets so emotionally attached to his belief that he simply shuts his eyes and closes his ears to any evidence that might challenge it.. the watchtower, 01/09/ 2010 p10/11.

The book then raises the logical question. “Is it reasonable to assume that the religion imposed at one’s birth is necessarily the whole truth?” Thus, every person is encouraged to examine other religions with an open mind. As is stated on page 10: “Understanding one another’s viewpoint can lead to more meaningful communication and conversation between people of different faiths.” It continues: “True, people may strongly disagree about their religious beliefs, but there is no basis for hating a person just because he or she holds a different viewpoint.”—Matthew 5:43, 44.

It is a serious matter to represent God and Christ in one way, then find that our understanding of the major teachings and fundamental doctrines of the Scriptures was in error, and then after that, to go back to the very doctrines that, by years of study, we had thoroughly determined to be in error. Christians cannot be vacillating—‘wishy-washy’—about such fundamental teachings. What confidence can one put in the sincerity or judgment of such persons?
