I still say just pull out and let them kill each other off. If they don't like us and think we're getting too involved then I say Fine! We'll just leave everything to you to fix up and get everything back up and running again.

It kills me that we are so concerned for their welfare. Screw em! They are in the freakin stone age! And they are there by CHOICE. They WANT to live the way they do. So let em. If they have a problem with an oppressive leader then they should do what we did...revolt. This country was founded because we were sick of oppression and wanted true freedom. So we revolted, fled, and held our ground and fought for our own freedom. Why should everyone else get off so easy? Why should everyone else not have to work for what they have? Why should everyone else get everything for free and with no effort on their part? THEY SHOULDN"T! They should take care of themselves like we do. No one else helps US. No one gives us aid when we have a disaster. Why should we give to them? Let them battle on their own. Let them figure shit out for themselves. And if they don't want to then so be it. The way they are now as apposed to 2000 years ago is exactly the same. The only difference is that now they have cars and bombs and like to use both.

Old enough to know that people who do such things are responsible for their own actions. Yes, it does take some maturity.

Thank you. Bush and his supporters are responsible for this, not the American people. He didn't ask MY permission before he started this crusade. Hell, he didn't even want to ask the UN's permission. This started out as a singular act of agression on Bush's part and HE'S the one that will answer for this when his time is up. It ain't my job to solve the problems he's created just like it ain't my job to solve some other country's problems.

Frankly, I think it would be obscene to let people like Crinklestien spew their violent filth, their bloodthirsty kill the innocent for the crimes of the guilty fantasies, their racist hate language, without an appropriate challenge.

Through all of this come up with one kind word to say about these violent, barbaric warmongers and we'll see if we can keep a straight face.

With all due respect, your obligation is to fix the problem now. Your country and Britian caused it. I'm sorry if I'm coming off as pissy here... I'm really not. George W. caused it. He is your elected represenative and your country is liable for his actions period.
You can't just run away; I know that even George W. knows that he's in a world of shit but he is not going to run away. At least I hope not.

Actually, Bush wasn't really elected. :) Gore just conceeded. So we didn't really pick him to lead us. But it's not my obligation to fix anything. It's Bush's and the other idiots in power. Ive never supported this whole war to begin with. I've always had the opinion that we should let other countries solve their own problems because they don't do jackshit for us.

Awwww, yes let's be nice to those friendly, peaceful people. After all they've done for us they deserve our respect, our money, our leadership and our innocent civilians' heads. Believe me, people will find what they've done more offensive than me calling them [edited]. Sorry if I seem to lack respect for those [edited] but like I always say, If you want respect, act respectable.

At least we didn't chop these [edited]heads off like they did with an innocent American of ours. I saw the full video of them doing that and I have to say that these [edited] just need to be left alone to kill each other. We should pull out, let them handle their own affairs as they say they want to, offer them no help of any kind and refuse any help asked for and just sit back and wait. They'll kill each other off fast enough and then we can go in and take their oil.

need to get this off my chest.

i've been doing this job for 10 years now since i qualified as a staff nurse in 1994, i think i've worked hard to get to the position i am now in which is acting ward manager of a busy surgical ward.

since my student nurse training days a certain staff nurse has been working on the same ward as me for most of that time, someone who qualified way before i did.

This Pam person at work hasn't said one thing to me since these incidents. But she has said things to other people. The security gaurd used to have red hair. Then she died it blond. Pam came in and said, "You should've kept the red...it goes great with your personality." That's a personal remark that has nothing to do with work and she could get in more trouble for that. That could be considered an insult of your very personality but the gaurd wouldn't report it.

She went up to one of my buddies the other day at the end of the night and told him that he didn't look too good. Another insulting PERSONAL remark that is not work related and could be taken as an insult. It's only a matter of time before she's outta there.

I have been finding out over the last couple of years that there are alot of things that are illegal when it comes to the workplace. It is illegal for any superior to make personal, degrading comments to you. It's illegal for any superior to chastise you in front of other people. It must be done privately in the office. There is to be NO intimidation, threatening, physical contact, harrasment or anything like that. This falls under workplace violence and harrasment. If anyone has someone that does this to them then I advise you to goto Human Resources immediately and report it. If they do nothing about it then advise HR that you will be going to the Labor Board because they refuse to solve this problem and are therefore fostering a Hostile Working Environment, which is also illegal.

Bottom line: If a manager is acting like a bully, is getting in your face, violating your personal space, shoving, swearing at you, calling you names, insulting you, putting you down, breaking your self esteeme and being anything but PROFESSIONAL then you have legitimate grounds to goto the board of labor. And they will assist you in a lawsuit against this individule. Do NOT put up with it!!! I urge everyone! Do not let them think that if you report it to the labor board that they will fire you because that is not only a state offense but a FEDERAL OFFENSE! They cannot take action against you for protecting your legal rights.
