I made this chart three years ago, and in light of the 2014 Watchtower study I decided it was time for further refinement.
This chart probably won't fit on a regular page.
Feel free to distribute.

Looks like I'm going to have to update this chart soon...
i was thinking the other day, could the preaching work be another of the signs jesus mentioned when he said many would come in his name and.
perform many powerful works in his name.. .
23 then if anyone tells you, look, here is the messiah, or there he is, dont believe it.

23 “Then if anyone tells you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah,’ or ‘There he is,’ don’t believe it. 24 For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones. 25 See, I have warned you about this ahead of time.
The preaching work IS a powerful work, there is no doubt about that given the enormous number of languages the literature is published in and the billions of hours spent preaching.
The message they preach is not that preached in the 1st century.
Their message is misleading.

okay, here's the issue.
some people, even some jws, believe that in the new world they will be reunited with their spouses.
jesus, however, said that in the resurrection there would be no marriage or giving in marriage.
Adam did not get depressed over not having a mate because he had never seen a woman before and had no concept of who is other half might be, if he even had a concept of a female.
It is unnatural to have a two tiered world in the New System, of Armaggedon survivors who can marry and produce offspring and billions of resurrected people who can't.
God said he would satisfy the desire of every person, you cannot do that if you take away something as fundamental as love, marriage and kids.
This in itself raises all kinds of problems, with the potential of discrimination of the basis of who can and can't marry.
it has been now verified that there was a traitor within the gb!.
an insider had the courage and audacity to verify this, taking the risk of being kicked out of bethel, with a cross carved on his forehead.. it became apparent that all the men of the gb where naturally bald, even when some tried to hide it with a clever and stylistic comb-over.
but there was some suspicion that pierce and losch were not true bald men.
Hilarious! More! I want more!
adamah brought up in another thread an issue i wasn't aware of, and i thought it merged well with something i've been pondering about.
it revolves around the deeper reasons why satan was successful in persuading eve to eat from the forbidden fruit.
why was eve persuaded to disobey god?.
This brings the following questions to mind:
Why is man older than the Biblical Adam?
Where did Cain get his wife from and why would he and his wife build a city for two people?
Who was Cain afraid of would kill him as revenge for his brother's death if there were only three people alive (Adam, Eve and Cain)
i know that this has been discussed in the past but i wanted to get some fresh opinions.
there are many out there that recognize the "rot" that is in watchtower but still feel that there is a "wholesome" side to it and are trying to bring about change or reform from within.. in 2002 when the rose colored glasses came off for me and i truly started to understand ttatt, i still felt that there was some redemable aspects of the organization.. i felt that russell had some doctrinal things right.
i don't feel like that anymore.
The organization cannot be reformed for the good.
It is the way it is because the system works for those at the top.
i was thinking the other day, why did it take so long for god to have a special people, namely the nation of israel.. and when he did choose his people, it's as if god ignored every other culture and nation on earth only to focus on abraham, isaac and there descendants.. there was no way of learning about the one true god in those days unless you lived near the borders of the israelite nation.. if you read the minor prophet books of the bible, it seems as if god is addressing the whole world, when in reality, people living in other countries at the time would have no idea of these "universal proclamations".
why did god not give guidance to these other societies?.
