Do you think the age has passed when there can be no new religions?
by truthseeker ini think we are already living in the age where there can be no new religions.
we have access to information like never before and anyone claiming revelations of something new and starting a whole new religion can easily be discredited.. christianity and islam may continue to subdivide but i think we've pretty much seen the end of anything new in terms of a new belief system.. .
what are your thoughts on this?.

What if the Watchtower IS part of The New World Order but not the one JWs think they are?
by truthseeker infor those who believe there is something to the agenda of the new world order, what do you think about jehovahs witnesses being part of this?.
.
do you think the watchtower organization is being monitored by the powers that be to see how compliant they can make their followers?.

Let's say there is something to the agenda of a One World Government.
The Jehovah's Witnesses present the most likely candidate for an organization that can make its members do virtually anything they want.
How do we not know that JWs are being looked at as an example of citizen compliance when the time comes for marshall law or anything else.

Genesis account shaken!
by exWTslave inpeople who believe that every verse of the bible is inspired are in for a shock.
according to genesis account, god created heavens and the earthin a one-time act.
but an experiment conducted at the south pole, two weeks back, has caught ripples in the oldest light in the universe.

Leave Snowbird alone, she's not shaken in her faith.
Personally, I believe the Genesis account is faulty but I believe it has a grain of truth in it.
I have considered other works and have come to the conclusion that "man", is older than the Biblical Adam and this poses all kinds of interesting scenarios and difficult questions.
I believe the scribes during the time of Babylonish captivity falsified the texts of the Old Testament and added to them, and these were later built on by the New Testament.
The real truth of the Bible may never be known.

Is the Centenary Campaign in August 2014 really for the public?
by truthseeker ini was thinking about what i read in a recent kingdom ministry about the historical campaign the jws will engage in this august.. this is not really for the public.. it is to keep the jw's busy, not thinking about why 100 years has gone by with no end in sight, but to buoy up flagging enthusiasm.. they trying to make jws maintain a constant state of tension and expectation..

Jesus was a False Prophet - But was he deluded or deceitful?
by cofty inany objective reading of the gospels makes it plain that jesus believed his parousia would happen within the lifetime of his generation.. his followers believed in his imminent return until the day of their deaths.. his false prophecy damaged the lives of his disciples in a similar way to that done by the lies of modern cults like the watchtower.
peter and others walked out on their wives, children and businesses to follow him around palestine.
jesus taught them to put their families and other normal concerns in second place to their task of spreading his message - which turned out to be false.. the question is what he was up to?.

I don't believe Jesus was a false prophet but I cannot deny the verses. They are in black and white for all to see.
the problem is there is no obvious demarkation in the scriptures between the tribulation of 70 AD and the forthcoming tribulation of the future, assuming there is a secondary tribulation. The verses all flow in one narrative so it's hard to tell what Jesus was really thinking.
Two millenniums later and many of us our scratching our head wondering where is this promised second coming.
