  Ferguson Shooting (Is my thinking on this all wrong.......)

  i think everyone here can agree that walking down the street, even in the middle of the street, is not cause for having a clip emptied in your ass......... i can understand how the black community would be outraged by the injustice of seeing another black man dead in the street at the hands of the police under mysterious circumstances....... i hope that i'm not succumbing to the attempts to assinate the already well impuned character of the dead man...... however.

  i can't help but think that this could all have been avoided by exercising the proper discretion with fore-knowledge of the disadvantages people of color have when they are dealing with law enforcement in the united states.

  it is not as if this disadvantage has only since recently came to light.

  is being followed daily at www.swrnn.com for those interested.. this afternoons coverage said he was an elder at the time of the murder.. i think when the story first came out no one was sure if he was or not..

  Thanks Stealth. I was trying to research the Deadly Devotion story coming up and I came across the Kelley Jarka story. What a psycho this guy is.

  Seems to me he wanted to marry the woman whose husband died of AIDS. I wonder if he was searching the aids/sex topic or the wife. I don't know too much about the case. Perhaps the deceased wife believed the two were having an affair. Why would she be so upset he didn't confide in her that Kelley didn't tell her the dead guy had AIDS. Was she paranoid about AIDS and how it is contracted? Did she believe they were having an affair and she was at risk? Could they have been fighting the night she was killed over an affair? I just don't get why the wife would be so upset her husband didn't tell her the guy had AIDS. What business is it of hers? Maybe she was a busy body wife but why get another elder involved over this?

  hi guys, i don't really post on here much anymore, having been on here since 2001. this site helped me out in the early days and has been a great support system for all of my past jw issues.

  like many others i was discouraged from an education so that i could window clean and pioneer in my youth during the 80's.

  having spent many years post my jw exit in alcoholism and periods of drugs, i decided to clean myself up 7 years ago by attending aa, i was still a window cleaner ... at the time i wrote extensively on here about my issues.

  Absolutely agree with you on this one, Simon. About them releasing the video I think hell yes they should release it and let it come into trial. It happened only minutes before the police altercation. It shows the possible frame of mind of MB. It doesn't matter that the police officer had no idea what MB had just done. MB was robbing a store and using his body size to bully the store owner. I really believe MB was under the influence of something. If the tox come back positive I think it will vindicate the cop's actions/story. Of course it still won't shut some people up. Some people just have a victim mentality. There are witnesses corroborating the cop's story as well.

  Also, the news finally reproted some positive yesterday. Some of the general public, shop keepers reported that the looters are few in comparison with the peaceful protesters. A lot of the community is coming out and helping clean up the streets and going out of their way to purchase from the shop keepers.

  i had listened to the degrading talk by gb heard (on women) & watched a video on evie bklyn channel & there was alot of interesting questions that are raised.. i had always wondered why can't women in the hall handle mics or run magazine counter etc.?

  but they (if annointed) will rule in heaven with jesus.

  that is a pretty heavy responsibility to help jesus rule millions of people on earth, but yet they can't pass a mic or even run the sound system in the kh.

  the annual meeting of the governing body of jehovah's witnesses will be in october 2014.. .. in november 2013, just after the last one they published this now famous statement in the 15th of november 2013 watchtower page 16 paragraph 17 says:.

  "at that time, the lifesaving direction that we receive from jehovahs organization may not appear practical from a human standpoint.

  I just read these posts. Unbelievable! The brainwashing never stops with these dubs. Can't wait to find out what they've been prepping them for this time. A lot of good theories here.
