when a female publisher conducts a regular ,scheduled bible study and a male kingdom publisher is present, she should wear a head covering.(1cor.

11:3-10)the july 15, 2002 issue of the watchtower, page 27, explains: this is a pre arranged session of teaching where the one conducting the study actually presides.

I guess, when one is blinded by telling again and again that this is GOD's SPIRIT ANNOINTED organizations, they are ready to act in any way the Org. tells them to. Its EXACTLY like Suicide Bombers being brainwashed that they will be rewarded by Almighty by killing others in the name of God. So i dont think so that the Elders will be seen as any less but will be respected for being taking the orders from GB so seriously and standing by it! Gosh I HATE THIS RELIGION!

I wasn't really fully convinced when studying 'The Troof'.... A lot of my questions were unanswered. Was uncomfy during field circus. But I came quite close DF just before marriage due to some one else's fault and faced JC. Although they just warned me, I started to get the real Bright Light about this Borg.

so few days back i got a scary email about my fading.. just thought of playing a dumb and asking some 'interesting (which other-wise can be termed as foolish, as i care a darn)' question to that very person who just got aware of our fading..... ******************************start of the mail**********************************.

i was reading this through and doing research in wt publications (jw.org), i was a bit confused on the article below.. who is the faithful and discreet slave?8.

why is it fitting that the faithful slave be made up of anointed christians?.

The only reason i sent this mail was from last few week, i feel betrayed. This family brought me in to the truth. I feel they were hiding a lot from me. Without giving me accurate knowledge and made me shun my family as they dont belong to this religion. Didnt Jesus disciples have doubts? :(

8 The faithful slave must be made up of anointed Christians on earth. Such ones are called “a royal priesthood” and have been commissioned to “ ‘declare abroad the excellencies’ of the one that called [them] out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (1 Pet. 2:9) It is only fitting that members of that “royal priesthood” have a direct share in teaching fellow believers the truth.—Mal. 2:7; Rev. 12:17.

Please read 1st Pet 2:1-10 below and tell me whom is the scripture referring to? 1Pet 2:1-10 It is to ? YOU , therefore, that he is precious, because ? YOU ? are believers; but to those not believing, “the identical stone that the builders rejected has become [the] head of [the] corner,” 8 and “a stone of stumbling and a rock-mass of offense.” These are stumbling because they are disobedient to the word. To this very end they were also appointed. 9 But ? YOU ? are “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for special possession, that ? YOU ? should declare abroad the excellencies” of the one that called ? YOU ? out of darkness into his wonderful light. 10 For ? YOU ? were once not a people, but are now God’s people; ? In my head when I read these scriptures, i felt it spoke about all BELIEVERS, like Israel in old testament which was God's chosen or appointed to carry out way of life how Jehovah wants. It never once in my mind came that the 'PRIESTHOOD' is referring to a specific sect - Governing Body or faithful and discreet slave. How did you spend your Saturdays?

it's been 3 weeks and every weekend is so much fun, spending quality time with real friends who dont pretend... last week was bbq, this sat was potluck, next one is long weekend away from home... all in all love my life again.... how was your saturday?

Need Help - Looks like some one in my family got to know that we are fading...

letter from a close family member... need help responding.... what a powerful illustration of the affect that our choice of friends can have on us, especially if we leave jehovah after being 'raised' by him from infancy!.
