  Need help from JW History Buffs

  i need help with writing an article regarding vaccinations, organ transplants, and blood transfusions.. i am doing my research using limited amounts of non-wt sources and mostly just the actual wt literature.. what i am having a hard time understanding is:.

  most of the articles in the golden age, at least at the beginning of the anti-vaccination stance, are actually written by contributors.

  since there are very pro-vaccination articles and then lots of anti-vaccination articles, how can i determine the actual wt viewpoint on vaccinations?.

  Ok so... reading a bit more the "Evolution from Space" book it seems like Hoyle was for intelligent design or some sort of outside designer.

  Reading the article about him on Wikipedia, he had some pretty crazy views on some things... such as HIV having come from space

  This is a classic... show the problem (sophistication of even the simplest life-forms, even in geological time), but not show the solution (the sophistication started eons ago somewhere else in space, and then continued on Earth).

  Here's the quote from the Creation book:

  *** ce chap. 4 pp. 39-40 par. 6 Could Life Originate by Chance? ***
  The recent explosive increase of knowledge has only served to magnify the gulf between nonliving and living things. Even the oldest known single-celled organisms have been found to be incomprehensibly complex. “The problem for biology is to reach a simple beginning,” say astronomers Fred Hoyle and Chandra Wickramasinghe. “Fossil residues of ancient life-forms discovered in the rocks do not reveal a simple beginning. . . . so the evolutionary theory lacks a proper foundation.”5 And as information increases, the harder it becomes to explain how microscopic forms of life that are so incredibly complex could have arisen by chance.

  Hi everyone!

  Thank you for your suggestion of Googling things first. Trust me, I tried that. Whatever can be found free and online, I get it there. Unfortunately, not everything is online or digitized, or free. The library, however, has essentially everything. Since I am not a current student, I need to go to the library physically and get a "day pass" to get access to all the digitized material. The rest has to be scanned. These books are the sources that need to be scanned.
