so..........have you ever played with one?
and if you have, what happened?
I don't think I will be adventerous and try one. My friend who was never a JW, played with one when she was 12 with a bunch of friends. It ended up moving, and the all of her friends ended up having horrible bloody nightmares, and seeing black blobs float around their homes. Things got so bad, they called in a priest who "exercised" the house...which helped things return to normal.
my dreams are not just like "dreams.
" they are like memories to me, and my mind can create something when i sleep with the most vivid colors, feelings, sounds, cold or damp or wet or smothering heat.
it all seems so real to me.
I had a dream last week..I can still remember it today...I was sleeping in my bed and my called out, "Look out for the snake!"
And by the time she said that, the black snake came up and bit the inside of my right arm and slithered away..I was left with two puncture marks on my arm in the dream. Very odd.
did your process of leaving the organisation and learning new stuff feel like growing up to you?
looking back at your time in the so called "truth", do you think you were misled or even "naive"?
even "innocent"?
Oh most definitely! I feel like I am constantly re-educating myself. I am basically reading and studying everything I was told not to as a JW! Very very liberating. I'm learning much more about the world I live in than I ever did.

for the past several years, i have become very interested in metaphysics.
i've taken courses in studies called "sacred geometry" and "hyperdimensional physics" with professors from u.c.
berkeley and u.c.
Fascinating. Was this an interactive seminar and did they have audience participation?
Ballistic - yeah, they popped in a DVD titled, "Naughty sluts"
high school is supposed to be one of the most memorable years of your life.
i had fun in my high school days, as i didn't become a jw until after i was married and had a child.
those of you who were born into the borg, your high school days must have been boring.
I hated highschool because I was a freaken' JW. I ended up doing homeschool in 10th grade, due to the amount of "religious persecution" and for the fact that I wasn't learning a damn thing. When I heard you could work at your own pace and get done with highschool in half the time with a homeschool program, I was very eager. However, my father encouraged me to attend my highschool prom...which I am SO HAPPY I did. It was a blast!
