Witness World Response to Apostates

i took euphemism's advice and others to protect my identity.

about a week ago it was brought to administrations attention that there may be apostates lurking on our board, as a precautionary measure we deleted 107 members who had never posted since they joined.

I'm really surprised that you bother to sign up at JW sites still. It's a game that is quite tiresome. As soon as you start to post you reveal yourselves.

Jonadab - I'm really suprized you came over here and posted on a naughty, evil, apostate site! Shame on you! I know that Jehover won't write your name in the book of life either! You better go confess to the elders and pray and repent!

All you reveal about the governing body is the fact that they are imperfect and make mistakes.

Let's not forget that the governing body not only got involved with the UN, but protects pedophiles as well! That's a pretty freaken HUGE and illegal mistake. If I had a choice to return to the JW's or rip out and suck on my own eyeball; I'd pick the latter. Quit counting time over here and go read a watchtower. Agape Jonadab.

Is Child Abuse The Unforgivable Sin?

if there is one subject that provokes emotion, it is child abuse.

the roman catholic church nearly went down because of this epidemic.

many in the ex-jw community feel that if anything could bring the watchtower down, it is the issues involving child abuse.

I do not think child abuse is forgivable. If any sick bastard were to molest my 9 year old sister, the cops would have to get him first or it would be hard to restrain myself from cutting off his winkie and feeding it to him for dinner. Hearing the horrible abuse stories my mom suffered from her sick parents, I wish a painful death upon my grandfather (my psychotic grandmother is already dead! GOOD).

Freddy vs jason

i bought my copy yesterday.

i liked the movie in theater, cant wait till the weekend to pop it into the dvd player.

i like scary movies, missed out on a lot of them while in the borg.

You know, I've never seen Blair Witch. I should rent that one. The Scary Movies are hysterical! I'd reccommend them! I don't remember if I've seen The Haunted. A really good twisted scary movie is The Others with Nicole Kidman. And The Exorcist isn't as scary as I thought it would be. It's actually kind of funny.

a couple of childhood friends of mine, henry caban and alberto caban, both bethelites at one time, were said to be going to law school compliments of the wtbts.

is it true that they put some 'cream of the crop' bethelites through college depending on what field the society needs?

i can't believe it?!!!

not sure if it is the big 40 approaching or just a general disgust of the world but i find myself very angry of late.

mostly due to the crap in the world around us.

i am sick of hearing on the news that people have killed their family, friends or strangers.

Sheila - This sounds corney, but I was just having this conversation with my parents the other day. I am irritated with President Bush, our economy, criminals, job hunting and I could go on and on. You are not alone. I am still pissy. Not sure what to do about it. *shrugs* Maybe I will move to another continent.

Bad Nitrous Trip . . .

i just had the strangest experience at the dentist.

i went to have a cavity filled and the dentist gave me nitrous - as usual.

i have taken nitrous at the dentist many times with really good results.

I love that nitrous stuff!! I even elected to have all four impacted wisdom teeth removed with the nitrous gas instead of being put out. Sorry to hear you had a bad trip. I'd love to score a tank...any ideas?

Stefanie - Me too! One weekend I just went out and rented all the horror movies I could watch. Hellraiser, Phantasim, Friday the 13th, The Shining ect. However, I haven't seen Freddy vs. Jason yet...
