25 years... no family contact.... "Nah! Jehovah's Witnesses don't shun."
It amazes me how they can shamelessly deny this while staring decades of evidence in the eye.

Ah, touch therapy for pain management.
er...uhm... I mean... Praise Jesus!
You speak often of people simply approaching you. Does being such a familiar face at the coffee shop lend itself to being perceived as approachable, which clearly you are?

the thought suddenly struck me plain and obvious: "these dogs won't stop until i'm good and bloody.".
there were two of them; a mixed breed of boxer and pit bull; clean, white--collared, tagged and--for some inexplicable reason, ferociously intent on tearing me to shreds!.
ah, but i'm getting ahead of myself.
Puncture wounds. You might need more than just a rinse and bandage.
Perhaps see about an antibiotic.
reaching the fire watchtower on top of wayah bald overlooking the smokey mountains can be a difficult hike from nantahala lake up the bartram and appalachian trails where they straddle each other passing through this area.
the most enjoyable watchtower work i've ever participated in.. the views from the tower are spectacular.. .
looking across nantahala forest to the smoky mountains, described poetically as the most elevated peak; from whence i beheld with rapture and astonishment, a sublimely awful scene of power and magnificence, a world of mountains piled upon mountains.
My son has his own youtube channel where he posts various trains that we have "railfanned."
Link his channel. That would be interesting.

My husband wants to do it on motorcycles...
I like your hubby already. Ask him when he wants to meet. I'll be at the starting line with my Suzuki.

this poor girl was abused by her "non-jw" (never baptised ?
) brother, then was totally abused by the jw elders by their lack of care for her in any way, and then by her jw family, read the in-depth article, link above..
"Louise decided to tell her father, by now a respected “elder” in the Jehovah’s Witnesses congregation she was also a member of. Upon hearing the news, she says Trevor Davenport fell to the floor and began wailing."
Was he sad because he might lose his position?
recently i saw a link to an article from the st. petersburg times (one of these links on the side of this forum to sometimes old articles).
it was an article about jws and their preaching work.
imo, middle to favorable.. but the one thing was from a door where the jws are saying they're not here to convert anyone, they just want to share a scripture.. what sort of bs is this?
