  New Light on the United Nations (U.N.) (Scarlet Beast)

  there appears to be "new light" in the latest watchtower magazine (june 1st 2003 issue).

  several watchtower publications for the last 50+ years have said that the united nations (u.n.) organization ("the scarlet-colored wild beast" of revelation) would definitely be the organization that will carry out jehovah's judgment on "babylon the great" (false religion), and then, under satan's [gog of magog's] direction, the united nations organization would become "greedy", and try to attack the remaining remnant of the "anointed" jehovah's witnesses and their companions, the "great crowd" of "other sheep", and then jehovah and jesus would destroy the united nations organization, along with everyone else who was not a jehovah's witness.

  Why is it that in the GB there are mostly men of German descent?

  Did You Ever Aspire To Be Anything Special In The Organization?

  I remember really wanting to go to Bethel and progress, yet I could never seriously see myself doing it. You know how when you are young you think up all these weird exciting dreams for yourself, like being a football player or something, that how it was like for me.

  I remeber looking around me one sunday meeting and thinking that I could never imagine myself married to a Witness girl with lots of blonde haired blue eyed kids all reading 'My book of bible stories' and sitting at the meeting just after coming down from the platform and giving the visiting talk.

  I couldn't even imagine myself taking a group study or anything like that.... thats why I had to get out. I WANTED WOMEN

  When did the Brothers/Sisters, make you feel UNLOVED,WORTHLESS?

  i felt worthless, when i was a new auxiliary pioneer.

  i was having some personal problems, but i was so eager to try my best, and doing quite good in the hall.

  i was in a new hall, with a new bunch, and always out in service.

  I wanted to cry that day, ......I felt like I was 2 inches tall. to this day, I find it hard to ask anyone for anything, no matter how small, and everytime I pass by a Burger King I feel sad.

  Fruity, dont let them get to you like that. People can be so cruel sometimes and don't know what they are saying. In the Witnesses case, they probably do but are nasty buggers anyway.

  Your experience sounds really sad, I really feel for you.

  You become a Witness because you are led to believe that its the only place where you wont get any kind of hassels like that in your life, but in fact you just get more. Thats exactly what makes me happy when I think of never going to the Kingdom Hall again, the fact that I wont have to put up with any of that crap again.

  Fruity, everytime you go past a burger king now, try to think of never going to a meeting again and ENJOYING your life free from Watchtower slavery whilst those assholes in that car and that bitch ass elder are still slaving for a group of dirty old men sitting at a table in Brooklyn, telling them what kind of sexual activity they can be up to. You are free thanks to experiences like Burger King, they are still slaves to the system, so more fool their polyester suit ass.

  On many occasions, but I remember one time :

  I was out on the service with an elder and his cocky big headed son. I must have only been about 13 or 14 maybe, cant remember that well. I was wearing my 'Lumberjack Coat' my mum had brought because she said it made me look 'grown up' LOL !!!

  But I was out with these two but they were arguing over who I was going to work with. They both didn't want me with them, and I could tell it. That destroys your confidence when you are that young. I will never forgive them for that , but of course my father wasn't an elder, so what could have been said ? In fact , my father didn't even go to the meetings, so I was subject to a lot of that style shit.

  I've joined the world of cat owners.

  my sister has a friend who does animal rescue work and she had this one cat who is blind and deaf.

  she had to keep the poor thing locked in a small bathroom in order to keep her safe from the other animals.. well, i felt sorry for her being locked in tha small space.

  i only have trixie inside and she loves cats, so, i brought her home with me.

  In fact Im engaging in a personal crusade to rid my neighbourhood of them. Im catching them, driving out to a field 10 miles away in the country, and letting them free.

  what did you do with all your old books and magazines from the watchtower?

  did you throw all of them away, or did you keep a few?.

  i still kept a few bibles and a couple of books.

  ok i'm off to play now, trouble is i'm stuck.

  i've got to the stage where you blow up the bridge and take command of "both sides of the river" but can i get by and build a decent base from here> no course i can't, scud storms etc etc.... i'll try now for about the 9th time....wish me luck, i just realised this shouldn't be in the main forum as a leader post, but oh well, its done now... i'm going in........
