  Doctors - I'm beginning to hate them

  i don't know why i bother to go through these things.

  appointments with idiots mascarading as doctors.. a couple of months ago i went to the rehabilitaion center here in ottawa and saw a physiotherapist.

  has it really taken you this long to know that people in wheelchairs can take the bus!!!.

  If you mean arthritis I am having good success with Glucosamine and Condroitin - - stops most of the arthritis throbbing type pain.

  I know, I am taking this for more then 2,5 years now and it is working.

  a few months ago, I could'nt lift my arm and when i finally went to see my doctor, he prescribed me Diclofenac Natrium. It was like a miracle: the pain vanished overal (except for my headache) and i could move freely.

  But, after the echo and rontgen which did show 'degenerative wear' (here called arthrose - arthritis is the same with chronic inflammatory as I understood), he told me to stop with the medication for Diclofenac ain't good for long time use. Now the pain is back - so i have to go to the doctor again and plee for more....

  Do understand you Lee....

  have some troubles with doctors myself - arthrose (shoulder-feet knee) and he wanted me to stop with my painkillers

  well...i know i shouldn't take advantage of all my friends here on the forum...but what the heck...i'm going to ask this anyway.

  i have no shame.

  my son's band, tree of woe, is currently in rotation on wifc, 95.5 in wisconsin...with their single "mushroom cloud", from their new album of the same name.

  Can't help you: don't receive it on my radio.... as far as the sound quality of my laptop let me listen to their music, I liked it (did remembered me at the Rolling Stones)

  i just really need to vent here.........i'm just so f**king tired of never having any extra money!!

  all's i do is work to pay god damn bills......i just checked the balance on my chequing acct.

  and i've got just under $900.00 to last me three weeks.

  Normally after my salary comes in - I am just debth free..... and that as a result of our governments decisions. After the Euro, the amount of my salary was halved ( Euro 1,-- = Hfl. 2,20)but the prices in the shops did'nt change: the Hfl. sign was just displaced by the Euro sign.

  the only thing I am not complaining about is my insurance -my all risks insurance cost me Euro 500,-- a year. (my daughter was in a car accident this year - with my car - but due to my accident-free years - I still kept my 75% NoClaim)

  mine would definitely have to be coming home from school and smelling hot pecan cookies that mom was just taking out of the oven.

  a few, one: she decided to go on a weekend with me to London - while in London we used that double busses - marvellous.

  another: just before we had to go to the hospital for a rontgenphoto (for her - she was diagnosed with liver cancer) I made a bad fall. in the hospital she was pushing MY wheelchair cos I could'nt walk and we were laughing: the lame helping the blind or something like that..

  the last: the way she said good-bye to me and wishing me strenght............

  i got a job!!!

  i've been on 'disability' for a while, and i hate it.

  it's so hard to make ends meet, and to feel like less of a person because you are not 'working'.. .
