I believe all of this represents all of the "SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS" we will all be "PRIVLIDGED" to share in the "NEAR FUTURE" - "Thank you Brother Dumb Ass for your "UPBUILDING COMMENT"

They Finally Did It
by kelpie inmy parents have finally disowned me.. my dad called yesturday and told me to get the "dogs of my mothers back" about my upcoming wedding.. i told him that i havent put anyone on mum's back and if they are saying it, its because they want to and don't agree with what he and mum are doing.
i said that mum can speak for herself and he said that she and will and the next time you speak to your mother she will tell you that we dont want to ever speak to or see you again...".
at this point in the conversation i hung up the phone in his ear.

All of those same old stupid words like, "commendable", "encourage", "upbuilding" etc.... Also all of those stupid freakin pictures. I couldn't stand it when you would have 478 comments made on one frickin picture.

Wow Just got an invite to the Memorial

Absent minded at the meetings
by JH inwhat are the weirdest things you done during a meeting or at an assembly?.
i had a 4 day district assembly at olympic stadium in montreal a few years ago, and i found the meeting so dull that i left and took the subway which passes below the stadium and i went down town montreal all day.
i came back by the subway for the end of the assembly, just in time to say amen.

God's Justice?

if jw's are the only ones to survive armageddon, than wouldn't you agree that witness that were born into the truth caught the break of a lifetime - thus my question is, how can one say that this is true justice?

Trust me holycheeses I was being totally sarcastic. But according to them, they have the truth, so in theory to be born into witness family doesn't really do much for god's justice. Especiallly considering all the great people that will never get a chance to recieve "a witness" that will, again according to them, be eternally destroyed at armageddon. And I refuse to believe that hearing " Do you want the latest wt and awake mags?" is good enough for god to say " okay they recieved their witness, if they don't change i must destroy them"
Thus my point being if it is the truth like they say it is than those born into it have a 100000000000000 better chance of everlasing life than anyone else on the planet does. Thus God is not a just god at all. Thus jw's cannot have the truth.

It just seems to be at least according to the witness teachings, that God is looking for any reason to kill us , when instead he should be looking for an exhausting ALL efforts to see that we live. And that most importantly ALL have a fair oppurtuntity to live everlasting on earth or wherever, instead of just those primarily born into witness families - Wow they really caught a break didn't they?!
