  Would you consider this murder or?

  logans thread on murder had me thinking of a tale shall we say and i would like to know if you feel this is murder or?

  ,,,,,,,,,two people live together ( a man and a women ) and they are both severe drunks.

  they are living in an upstairs apartment and have been drinking non stop for weeks.

  did you ever notice how some guys ( because only males are allowed to do anything ) thought they were so cool just because they did mikes or were behind the magazine counter.

  I remember doing this! One cong I was in, I swear 12 elders came rushing back with pichforks in hand wondering how a thing could possibly happen.
