The letter would allow my son to sue the Elders if they disfellowshipped him since he was forced into baptism by his parents at age 13.
I think anyone disfellowshipped could sue for "defemation of character". That is what our friend (my best friend as a child) threatened to do. I don't understand why more people don't do that. The Nullification letter is a good idea. So many of us were just babies when we got baptized.

So technically I have done something WRONG with every member of the opposite sex I talk to on a regular basis. Considering I am a secretary and ANSWER the phone at my place of business, and I am friendly with those who call and sometimes we discuss personal things, that would make me a WHORE?

Thanks Balsam. It is weird having someone here who actually knows my parents. Thankfully I think somebody told them to back off, because they are actually starting to leave me alone. Maybe God sent them a message for me.
