I think you misunderstand fifi. She still has to claim how much she made for tax purposes. I assume this is what they say she was cheating on.
If she signed anything she is screwed unless she can prove she was forced to sign it.

Employer Nasty business/need some help for a sweet girl
by restrangled inmy son's girlfriend as been a bartender for over 3 years for a major chain here in orlando....(universal studios).
several nights ago at closing, some one came in and gave her a big tip.
she turned in $2.50 cents less than she should have and turns out it was someone for the company.

think about it, there is always admonitions against slits in skirts (which a lot of skirts have), too short dresses and skirts, etc.
not to mention not having to worry about someone peeping up your dress as you walk up the bleachers at the dc.

There towards the end, I started wearing pantsuits. I would announce to my hubby who was already out, "I'm wearing this and I just dare somebody say something to me about it." No one ever did. I think they knew better. I knew there was no biblical basis for the no pants thing. They use that scripture that no woman should dress like a man, and the day I look like a man they can use that on me, but a nice feminine pants suit does not fit that scripture. Pharisees.
I also used to wear short skirts just to piss people off. God I was such a rebel.

my husband and i got married may of this year, so it has only been 2 months!
he was raised a jw (only by his mother, his dad has never been in the "truth").

Next time you hear him lie to his mom say "You are grown now, you really shouldn't have to lie to her like that. Just tell her we didn't go, period. If she asks why just say it was your personal decision not to and leave it at that."

Sad story of child neglect

a couple who authorities say were so obsessed with the internet and video games that they left their babies starving and suffering other health problems have pleaded guilty to child neglect.. the children of michael and iana straw, a boy age 22 months and a girl age 11 months, were severely malnourished and near death last month when doctors saw them after social workers took them to a hospital, authorities said.
both children are doing well and gaining weight in foster care, prosecutor kelli ann viloria told the reno gazette-journal.. michael straw, 25, and iana straw, 23, pleaded guilty friday to two counts each of child neglect.

I could have prevented this.
by DJK inevery two weeks i take a drive to new hampshire to replenish my supply of cigarettes, 20 dollars less a carton and i buy two.
the savings is worth the 25 minute ride.. today was the day and an early morning trip, driving north away from boston, there is light traffic.
everyone is driving at 65 mph or more.. close to the n.h. border and a quarter mile in front of me, i spot an animal approach the guardrail from a wooded area.

Well, I'va made it through Friday.....
by still_in74 inso i have the friday of the district assembly behind me.
i have learned;.
i need to cancel my cable so i can study more and read the bible more and have less temptation to buy "new toys"i need to sell my house and buy an ol' fixer upper so my wife can stop working and pioneeri need to sell all my "toys" and my cari need to trust the fds implicitly because jehovah does.i need to pray more, study more, preach more, go to more meetings, etc.

few months ago with-in my family (the non-witness side) i confided about many of the things i have come to learn from this site and other sources.
being as some familys do, word got around about my "apostate" thinking.

Attending meetings while on Holidays

remember, you shouldn't take a holiday from jehovah!.
when me and my mother went to visit my uncle in 1987, we attended every stinkin' meeting, including a congregation baseball game.

When I went with my parents we always did. Especially at Myrtle beach. Even when we went on a cruise we went to one of the conference rooms to have the watchtower study on board the boat and when we docked in the Bahamas, we had to tour bethel. It BLEW!!
