  this doesn't raise red flags within the organizations members I don't know what else will. its always been the WT's purpose to preach the word to the public. coming with some 'elite' version of the WT mag IMO will just defeat the purpose of going door to door.

  First off, WELCOME FAT GREG!! Second, I am sure there was some huge paragraph about spiritual food and how new ones need milk not solids and that is why there is to be a seperating of the mags. One has Milk at the proper time for the public and the other contains the REAL solid food needed by true christians. (GOD I HATE MYSELF FOR COMING UP WITH THAT ONE)

  I believe the first article will be about the evils of the internet and false religion and especially apostates. We are satan incarnate you know.

  Sitting on the back deck on a 75 - 80 degree day with a cold beer and the grill going.

  my name is dawn and i'm a ex-jw, who has been out since l976.

  i live in michigan, was born and raised here but also spent about 3 years in austin, texas (1 of them as a witness - the other two running amouk having fun).

  i just spent the last 2 1/2 hours on the phone with my dear old buddy, dave, (seven006) whom i've heard some of you know.

  there 's been a lot said on this board lately about revealing our feelings and doubts to friends, family, and that "reasonable elder".

  well, i just wanted to share something with you guys.. a while back, i had what i thought was an innocent conversation with someone very near and dear to me.

  all was calm and rational, questions were asked in a spirit of wanting to understand.

  Wow, sorry you experienced that. My only experience with that has been from my own mother. She even spreads rumors about me to this day. Weird how people like to distort things to make you look bad, all in Jehovah's name.

  i have watched tons of shows, and read many articles, that said the loved ones that have passed away, leave us little signs that they are still around us.

  and, some people have asked for specific signs, and received them.. i never have, and never asked.

  Small dog Owners, best breed?

  my mom is slowly losing her old cat and her heart is breaking.

  she would like to adopt a small dog.

  Honestly I can't stand Chihuahua's but that is my opinion. They are too hyper. I had a Westie Terrier and he was super sweet and obedient. He too was a little hyper though. If she wants a dog that will lay around more and not get under her feet (more like a cat) then I suggest a bull dog or a hound (but I hear their howl can get annoying). If you decide what kind you want there are tons of rescue societies out there looking for a good place to put grown full breeds. Like if you decide you do want a Chihuahua, then type Chihuahua Rescue Society and your City or State and you should find one.
