  now, the war is over, the weapons were not used and of course have not been found.. how threatening could they be if they did not even use them when being invaded by a massive force (of the countries they hate)?!

  perhaps, as many suspect, they didn't use them because they didn't have them?.

  now we're being told that we'll have to be patient and give them time to find them.

  Well I have not been a witness but it's not to hard to see that there will always be those looking for places to have power over people (leaders) and there will always be those looking to be lead and not have to take resposibilty for their own life. Sad but true.

  A question to the thread question. "I'm sure that Witnesses like anyone could survive without elders. But, could elders survive without WT's. What would happen to those who are compelled to control if no one will surender their will?" Would they explode like that guy off of "Big Trouble Little China?"

  What was the coolist wedding you've been to like?

  i have spent the last few days in party mode due to my cousion getting married.

  this part of my family has some people that put richie rich to shame.

  the house they got married in was like an english garden equipted with waterfalls a symphony and live singers.

The house they got married in was like an english garden equipted with waterfalls a symphony and live singers. Even the pool house (HOUSE you could live in it) was breathtaking. More booze than a bar and a wedding cake that was so cool. My cousion was absolutly beautiful as well. This wedding was like nothing I have ever seen, even on TV. Whats the coolest wedding any of you have ever been to?

  If someone says that they are leaving the board and then they come back to read their goodbyed posts are they really gone? I think I'd PM the friends I have made and not do (another) TTFever post. Why give your bastard enemies the satifaction of knowing they outlasted you?

  As for telling others that they are less than you if they don't let go of a grudge well smack em. Your pain is yours. Deal with it in your own way. Forgiving is not forgetting. Forgiving is about not letting the person who wronged you who hurt you the power to go on hurting you after the act is over. Rape and other crimes of that sort even disfellowshipping is a good example, they are about power over their victim. People who are compelled to possess power over others commit crimes that cause hate. Letting that hate go is the forgiveness. Then they no longer have power over you. God does not just forgive sins he forgets them. I can't forget when people hurt me. I can't because when they hurt me it hurts! Forgiving is not showing every wound that has been done to you in your life everytime you can find a soapbox.

  i know i probably go too far sometimes and can get a little 'determined' on some issues (my wife calls it pig headed & stubborn).

  sometimes i am too blunt.

  sometimes i won't let things go and want to prove my point.

  An apology is due those that I have called names. So, I am sorry to those who I have offended. Not for my opinion just as Simon put it, but for any bad feelings that I have caused here. I do regret that.

  Finally! Some good news in my life!

  i've been having a rough go financially lately and my job is less than rewarding.

  my hours have slowly been cut back over the last few months to the point where i've had to decide between food and bills.

  however, my sister's friend brought me a job ad.
