Jehovah has lovingly provided instructions to the deaf and mute community on how to be more like Him by stop masturbating.
Are you sure? It looks more like a Watchtower video to teach the deaf & mute HOW to masturbate.
i was on this board a lot when i faded and left 6 years ago but not been on much since.
is there any thread/s in particular to read showing the changes in the past 5 years?
or any kind willing person who has time to summarise them as a reply below??

i just caught this in an upcoming study article which will be "studied" in the congregations the week of 11/18-24/13:.
he and his wife were elated when their eldest daughter, age ten, told them that she loved her parents, loved the brothers and sisters, and loved jehovah very much.
she said that she wanted to dedicate her life to jehovah and get baptized.
Welcome to the board berrygerry. Very nice first post.
This cult makes me sick with all it's pressure to have your children baptized at very young ages. All to give the illusion of growth in this declining cult. These kids end up making youth mistakes and they pay for it by getting df'd, shunned, having emotional problems, and in some cases thrown out on the street with nothing. If any youths are able to put off until turning 18 from getting baptized into the JW organization cult....by that time their parents have had the hell harrassed out of them for their not getting baptized when they were younger.
had an interesting discussion at work today.
sat down at a table with 4 of my younger workers.
somehow it came up that one's mother was a jehovah witness, and one had dated a jw girl before.
Had an interesting discussion at work today. Sat down at a table with 4 of my younger workers. Somehow it came up that one's Mother was a Jehovah Witness, and one had dated a JW girl before. The way they discribed JW's was just a very interesting open expression that people think JW's are bat-shit crazy. I just sat there and listened. They had no idea in another life their Manager was a JW elder.
I was actually embarrassed to have ever been apart of this bat-shit crazy cult.
many on this board are still in and have all the literature.
do you read all your books regularly?
do you have old magazines that you have underlined and still keep?
Left in Oct 1995. All Watchtower literature in the dumpster 2 1/2 years later.
gun rights advocates must be really disturbed today that the guy didn't just get an easily-available gun and get the job done right.. rub a dub.

5 dead in Calgary, Canada stabbing rampage.
i remember being out on service with an elder when i was 17. he asked me what i plan on doing after high school.
i told him i was thinking of going to college to be a teacher.
he then asked me, "do you think this system is going to be around that long"?
What a cult. looking down on and talking people out of taking college education that can better their lives. In some cases the chance at higher education was even free. Only just to follow the Governing Body and be encouraged to peddle Watchtower magazines fulltime.
this was in the memorial talk here last night, used as an illustration i guess.. i think there is some direction to use an experience like this in the outline, but the story that the speaker told (presented as fact) sounds totally bogus to me, or at best urban legend.. does anyone know if this is actually true?
here is the story the speaker told:.
"some years ago there was a tragic train accident in england, and sadly some lost their lives.
the last night's memorial talk was the lamest one I've ever heard. 10% Jesus, 90% Jehovah; not that I'm a christian or something but isn't it supposed to be about Jesus?
'
Using that train wreck illustration was ridiculous. People understand what a sacrifice is. The vast majority in Memorial attendance are JW's who have been hearing this all their lives. With Jesus so seldom mentioned in JW theology, and the short time limit on the Memorial talk outline.....you would think they would just use the time to talk about Jesus' sacrifice. No need to waste time talking about some train wreck sacrifice. Of course.....the illustration fits, because the Watchtower Society is a train wreck.
after the big a comes, they will have alot of work to do.
i think they would be shocked and disappointed.
according to the scriptures that at the end of 1000 year reign, alot of people will fail the test.
If there was ever a world run by the Jehovah Witnesses.......people could not stand it and they would rebel against those kind of bat-shit crazy rules well before 1000 years.

News Flash: Watchtower style Armageddon and New System not happening.
Have never went back for a Memorial since I left the cult. This makes 19 in a row missed for me.
