), i figured i'd draw another 'experience' from my vast pool of, uh, 'service reports' and 'magazine routes' to share with you people.

with all the escalating violence in the world today and senseless barbarism, how many people on this site are still living in any sense of security.do any of you have a bright outlook for the future of the world we now live in ?is the un the answer to world peace ?personally my out look is dim .i have seen plenty of posts about the god that will annihilate the earth by killing 99% of all people that do not follow his instructions but the way i see it is that mankind has spent the past 100 years trying to find more powerful means to destroy the population and the planet due to paranoia .can such an untrusting and suspicious species exist with such deadly arsenals at their disposal?

i believe it is just a matter of time before something gives and we are living in the mad max movie.

this is my first thread ,so be gentle and thanks for any participation.

Sexual Terrorism

why call pedophiles "sexual terrorists?

" look into the eyes of a young child who has been a victim and you will see why.

look into the eyes and life of a grown women whose life has been scared from childhood, and hear about the hell she has had to work through.. if you could see my eyes, you would see the eyes of experience - you would see a man who, as a 5 year old boy, watched his sister raped by a pedophile - and who knew the feeling of being totally helpless.

couple of weeks back, i was busy winding up my evening at a gay nightclub near my home in johannesburg, when across the room i notice this drop-dead-gorgeous woman sitting there with her obviously gay friend.

so i stare at her a bit, get some eye-contact going, and i reckoned i was making some decent progress!

Abbadon: ROFL. ROFL. Damn, that was funny...you must have felt like a right chopper after that!!!

Naeblis: Yeah, guys buy me drinks all the time, and it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable actually, like they're expecting something from me! So I just send the drinks back! (Mainly because I don't ever drink to start with...)

firstly, before i say why i'm doomed to be sad, i'd like to give you the good news : i've got the all clear which means that my malignant melanoma skin cancer is all gone!

the surgery worked, so i dont need any more treatment!

so why am i doomed to be sad?

Then you'd shrivel up and die here. It beats down all day, every day during winter, and the rain is very brief in summer (brief & violent, sometimes it rains frogs and fish, although bedsteads do cause comment).

Giraffes rock! They're the tallest mammals on Earth! It's a miracle they ever manage to stand up right. They are the ballerinas of the animal world. There's tons of interesting animals in Africa. Geckos, killer ducks (literally - they nail fish), deadly snakes all over the show, mosquitoes the size of small aircraft, ants that can kill you if enough of them bite you, killer bees, rhinos, buffalo, cheetah, wildebeest, elephants, impala, praying mantises the size of your hand, ostriches, you name it. And don't get me started on the crime.

Lovely place.
