today i hit pay dirt with 2 jw 's
by johnny cip ini see 2 sisters today inj the fs .. so stop and start working them, they are so happy i know much about the wt.
i went into some thing about selling mag's etc.
and all of a sudden they went wild on how at the hall the co or somebody was asking for thousands of $'s for an assembly .

Most Annoying "Kingdom song?"
by doodle-v inwhat's a kingdom song you can remember singing that gives you the creeps now?
mine is "move ahead" i think that was the title, anyway it has so much rhetoric... but the tune is so darn catchy.... darn.... in my opinion, those songs are the perfect example of mind control.

Why even bother have that crappy music at your wedding??? It was sooo bad!
Why did people even want to get married in a KH????? Like, yeah! I want to get married in a place w/ cheap carpets and utilitarian chairs. I told EVERYONE that the LAST place I would get married is there! They all did not like that comment too much, but that was the truth, even when I was a good boy!

I see nothing but agony for mankind. I see an overcrowded world, where 3rd world nations starve by multiples of millions.
I see global warming; the glaciers that I climb have more than all the telltale signs; massive retreat.
I see nothing good. However, no matter what happens, there must be purpose. God is purpose, but he did not make a crazy religion like this to follow. Always close to the end. How boring.

How has the org changed you emotionally?
by obiwan ini'm just wondering how everyone was changed by the wts emotionally.
i find that after going through being df'd and the shunning, the general loss of everything that i'm much harder, i give people less sympathy than i used to, things that are seriuos such as deaths and the like just don't move me much.
i feel desensitized, sorta detached i let so much just roll off my back than i used to.

That was an amazing story. To have to go through all that and come out the other end without some emotional damage is impossible. It is incredible how you have coped, and are still trying to get through it. Check out this website for your condition:
It helped me lots.
I never had to deal with what many of you dealt with - leaving family, etc. etc. etc. I just can't imagine it right now.

When I lived in B.C. for a while, these two older sisters used to sing off key and out of tune.. also, they were either behind / ahead of the music. Never on key. They were the worst singers I ever, ever heard.
Also, there were a few people who used to sing extra loud... those are the ones I would sing "opera" around. It's some strange talent of mine - even when I was little. I can belt tunes out like pavoratti, but, of course not as good.

would you rather live up to 800 years old, of which you would be healthy 700 years and sick 100 years?.

The question here is how sick? Like, in agony every day, or living with heart disease.
I would take the 700 years if that's the case! Also, I would be the "crazy old man" down the street, blowing my fortune amassed in 700 years on something that would ruin the neighbourhood - like the worlds largest stuffed gorilla in my front yard....

LOL!
Witnesses can be so stupid. Ever have the wrong song playing and everyone still tried to muddle their way through it? I was personally responsible for this happening on more than one occasion when I was a good boy. (Sound Geek) You know, the arse who turned up the volume, assigned the mic boys, yada yada yada..... the elders just laughed.
