In Germany, the Watchtower logo must be removed from all kingdom halls
by processor inaccording to german april issue of our kingdom ministry, the watchtower logo must be removed from all kingdom halls:.
it sais that the watchtower logo - a stylised watchtower or a watchtower with a bible - is used by the watchtower society.
thus, it should not be used by congregations or private persons, neither on kingdom halls, stationary or anything else.

IFC Movie "Worlds Apart"

I can warmly recommend the film. I have ordered it on-line and seen it at a film festival. It tells a story of a JW family. One son is disfellowshiped and one girl fights between the JW and the real world (thus the name To verdener - Worlds Apart). She finally gets disfellowshipped.

finnish data protection ombudsman has decided, that all documents written during dfing procedure must be available for the dfed person.
this includes document s79, handwritten letters and desicions both at the national branch of jws and at congregational elders homes!

Some news from Finland! Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman has decided, that all documents written during DFing procedure must be available for the DFed person. This includes document S79, handwritten letters and desicions both at the national branch of JW’s and at congregational elders’ homes! If asked, copies must be given. Giving rewritten documents is against the law. The DFed must have access to copies of all these documents, and they may not be destroyed immediately after DFing. Magistrate Office must be informed immediately after DFing. No sensual data is allowed to be documented. This includes information About sexual and health matters. Some restricted information regarding religious matters may be recorded. Ombudsman gave his decision after a DFed man had made an inquiry. Some more DFed persons have already asked for their data. The new Religious Freedom Law is a few years old, but this is the first time JW's were forced to follow it.

he is listing himself as a writer and editor, never having served in any military action.
"his" property is listed as worth $85,000.

A question about Crisis of Conscience
by seek2find inthe first time i read this book was an older copy in the mid 1990s.
that copy was burnt by a family member and i no longer have it.
in the newest version which i downloaded in pdf i'm having trouble finding a particular part.
