Methinks this is just an instigating post. Why else would you post such a thing?
Referencing the previous 'feminist' post, I think you'll see that many women hold the 'feminist' ideal but don't use the label. In fact, I think 99% of women are feminists--they are just not in your face about it. (What person WANTS to be put in a lesser catagory?)
By the way--beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some people think Pamela Anderson is the epitome of womanly beauty--some people favor the Meryl Streep type. Both are lovely, but very, very different. Just because YOU think a woman is unattractive doesn't mean she is.
Most women are naturally attractive--unless they do things to intentionally ruin their health and beauty--excessive weight, deliberately shabby clothing, etc.
Also, unless a woman relies totally on her appearance, she is a feminist. Example: I used to work for an female attorney. She was drop. dead. gorgeous. Supermodel beautiful. It was shocking. People would see her and be stunned. Men were insane about her. She was a feminist, though. Yeah, she could have married some old rich guy and been pampered the rest of her life--but she worked her ass off through law school, and supported her family during a couple major crises--and she hated being treated like an object.
I felt bad for her, because she had a hard time meeting strong, intelligent men who liked her for more than her appearance. Some of the most beautiful women I have ever met are feminists...for that very reason. Equality means equality MEANS equality.
