  HERE'S A BOMBSHELL ABOUT THE 144,000 DOCTRINE......

  just when you think you've heard it all............in my research for my project, i was doing some digging around on the subject of the 144,000 and came across something in the wts's literature that absolutely stunned me and, being the generous soul that i am , wanted to pass it on to you to get your thoughts on this.. .

  we all know that the society teaches that the 144,000 mentioned in revelation is speaking of "spiritual israel" and not 'fleshly israel' or even other christians in general right?

  there are countless quotes throughout the literature that we are all familiar with that specifically state this, but to drive home a point, here are a few:.

  What Do You Like Least About The JW Religion?

  for me, i think it's that they are 100% intolerant.

  even if they are espousing an erroneous view and it is pointed out to them why they are incorrect, you would be "running ahead" if you still did not support the error until they state that a change in viewpoint has been made!

  Good-bye to a Great Dog

  attached is one of my best paintings, a contrast between my brooding son and a happy dog.

  the dog is gem, my daughter's dog for over four years, who was just put down last week.

  i just learned yesterday, and i woke in the middle of the night, crying, wanting to give a tribute to her.

  what do you think you will be doing for work in the new system and how will you get paid for it?.

  since there will be no more welfare or social programs in the new system....what will replace that?.

  since we won't be using dollars, how do people get paid?.

  I think I'd rather be in the Mormon new system then in the JW one. They seem to have a lot better grasp on it, a plan in place, as well as actual experience at operating a civil government.

  I agree that $30,000 in the grand scheme is not something to get too worked up about. But of course, they were in the wrong for committing an environmental violation. Let's give em the benefit of the doubt, though, and call it an error on their part. Lesson learned.
  
  The real issue is that the WTS tries to claim they are separate from those they condemn. They take part in "ruining the earth" as much as any of us.
  
  The WTS teaches its followers well in how to ignore criticism by picking something to condemn everyone/anyone else about.

  i urge any lurkers, or newbies, or doubter here to read...and study the proclaimers book....and read many old articles in the watchtower.

  anybody who can explian to me how we could be sooooo wrong about soooo many things...........you have a willing ear here.

  gods holy spirit would not allow for teaching falsehoods....period!
