i have always been convinced einstien believed in god.
i assumed what i had learned was correct and never thought i was taught something wrong.. i have seen some points posters have made.
Ok everyone I will define God. I believe in the Chemistry God. I worship Chemistry and love it and see it everywhere. But I am not going to define God for Einstien he defined God himself already.
This definition is subject to change, as I want to be open minded.

I also believe there is some good practical advice to be found in the Bible....but it's a difficult read and self help books say the same. Many say they live by the golden rule in Matt 7.12 Do unto others.......

the jws stopped by my house a couple weeks ago on a saturday morning.
i knew that with others most likely waiting for them out in the car they probably did not then have much time to engage in any serious conversation.
so i let them talk while i feigned interest in what they had to say.

Unconfirmed- thats prob the reason you cant see anything at the Bookfair, avad. The Bookfair organisers must have said no, JW littertrash is not exactly bookfair material.
We will see in Nov and Dec if they were actually there. It will be removed from the JW 2014 yearbook if not.

I love it, its as if he were talking from the cosmos of space and time. But really we know it's from a book. Einstien is a legend to me
he's been to my door a couple of times as they've done the territory and said hello and all that, a nice, clean-shaven version of santa clause.
he was with a sister, a mild, pleasant intelligent sister with whom i always got on well, and we had a bit of a simple pleasantries-exchanging chat while my husband ran off and hid in the house like he normally does when jws come.. we got onto the sister's university studies and i said, "but at the dc they lumped university education in with fornication and every terrible thing!".
shaved santa pipes up suddenly, "oh, you're not meant to take that seriously.
Good for the elder and his family I say. And good for the uni educated sister. They are not allowing themselves to be fully assimilated into the BOrg. Its nice to hear stories like this.

we are in the year 2014, women make up the majority of the jw population, yet are not given certain '''''''privileges''''''' simply because they don't have a penis.
no talks, no leadership roles or the hope of them...ever, no matter how educated, zealous, or well spoken you are.. with the world moving towards upholiding women's rights do you see this becoming an issue that the watchtower will have to 'adjust it's thinking' on soon?.
No I dont think so...the way WT spun 1Cor 14.34,35.......sucked in all Jehovah loving females, who believe he has their best interest at heart. I have experienced sexism from the WT and my JC in the cong
