  I came here three years ago for support and to make friends

  this site is such a great and valuable resource and simon is to be commended for running it for so long.

  when i first came i was in such a bad state and really needed support and friendship.

  so many posters commented on my threads and showed genuine care some are real life friends, some are facebook friends, some i talk to on the phone and some are forum friends.. i have just realised though that everyone online is not your friend.

  Lol Simon hahaha. I have just been messing with them today. I wasn't really using them before today. But to be fair I couldn't have, made 230 votes in one day. Unless my multiple votes were counted. I said I never use them, I should have said rarely, because they are not important to me.

  But Village Idiot obviously thought is was very surprising how many people dislike me. I guess he doesn't think I am as polarising as I actually am. It's nice that people see the good in me and recognise my genuineness and sincerity. If others don't like me and want to anonymously make a point of it that's just life.

  Problem with the Like and Dislike Buttons

  there is a problem with the like and dislike buttons.

  depending on what source you are using it is easy to vote more than once on the like or dislike.. i noticed this initially on my tablet touchscreen.

  if i tap quickly & continuously click on the like/dislike button, it will register as multiple votes, the same happens on my laptop when i do the same thing with my mouse but this method doesn't register as many votes.it is only a matter of time for others to pick up on this and there may be some who are already aware of this.

  Lol this is funny. I have just been messing with them today. And thought I was making multiple votes. I didn't take count of the number though, and didn't realise you could do 42 lol hahaha. Obviously Simon has it all under control.

  Now please give me 100 likes so raise money for the sick alligators

  Personally I don't really use them, all the pleas for likes and shares on facebook are stupid

  I too can be an a-hole though I justify it when the other person is being really dense and offensive. I do take to constructive criticism though. - village idiot

  Maybe chemistry and evolution is your thing but for Kate it is Biology and for me it is Finance and Child and women's advocate issues. - Rebelfighter

  Actually chemistry is my thing, I used to be a chemical analyst, but now work for citizens advice, it's an advocacy service in the UK it's nice you want to help and advocate thank you

  Lol hahaha. I must say things people dislike. To be honest I never use those buttons I haven't got used to them yet. But I just gave you a like. I need 100 likes to survive Armageddon, so please like my OP.

  I loved this interview. I actually think Krauss is less confrontational than Dawkins, and he didn't try and defend Dawkins either.

  I was really surprised the hear of the hate crime, murder of three Muslim girls, by an atheist. This is evidence that when atheists like Dawkins say people who believe in God are irrational this can insight hatred and cause atheist to commit murder.

  But I actually think Krauss got a beating he is quite reasonable though. I am going to read "A universe from nothing"

  Thank you for acknowledging my feelings and my pain. I responded a little and sent him a PM. I am only hurt because I thought I had a friend. Others who call me ignorant, dishonest, irrational, or lazy don't upset me at all. To be fair Rebel I know you mean well, but let's not turn into bullies ourselves.

  Cofty has just posted he feels slandered, so I will not say anymore on this thread about him. Cofty, I do feel hurt, but I do not want to hurt you. If we stop commenting the thread will die. Let's not get it out of hand and just remain formal in the future.

  Nugget, yes well he told his dad, so if we have to wait a bit longer because his dad uses spite to put a stop to it, so be it. But I can't see a court of law enforcing it the residence order.
