It is very much like religion, there are scientist on both sides that promote and discount "climate change" using scientific data. I simply do not believe it because it doesnt make sense. I dont believe humans could effect the overall climate even if we wanted to. The history of this planet for one thing is evidence that the climate has always and will continue to change weather there are humans walking around or not.

then when the data came back to show the earth has been cooling instead of warming, the con artists changed the label from global warming to climate change.. believe what you want to, i don't care, but blind allegiance to the gw idea is so similar to jw belief in my mind, blind!.

Skydiving/Parachuting. A disfellowship offense?
by stealthmode-brazil ini'm an active witness from brazil (who would leave if it weren't for my family/friends inside) and always dreamed about practicing skydiving.
but as radical sports are a no-no for witnesses... i wonder if any elder or ex-elder on this forum knows if an active jw, practices skydiving/parachuting once and/or regularly, can he or she be disfellowship on that basis?
i'm considering secretly jumping but afraid if someone finds out.
