  @ BERRYGERRY : Thanks for the update. The link to the court proceedings is really appreciated. Good work ! Never knew about this case at all. The WTS is the proverbial leopard that cannot change its spots!

  This is nothing short of a stick-up without the gun. The WBTS is basically mugging the Sawdon brothers for their rightful inheritance ! I mean, I left the organisation because I had come to the conclusion that it is not God's organisation but reading about this case just highlights to me that I will never fully understand just how evil and brazen the WBTS is ! Simply too many issues to unpick from this case about the WBTS and its agent, Mr Pole .

  While the grounds for this case remain largely a mystery to me, I am sure there are folk here who can shed some light on the following questions that now bug me, namely:

  Was Arthur Sawdon ever a JW ? If not, how on earth did he arrive at the decision to make the WBTS a beneficiary of his hard earned money ? Did Mr Pole play any role in leading Arthur Sawdon to that decision ?

  this jc from 1984 features a brother and his wife, who were evidently about to be df'd for apostasy.

  but the brother knew his ttatt well.

  the elders really couldn't muster any half-way convincing arguments to refute the damning facts on 607 and 1914. even 1975 was touched on.

  sister pioneer, always thinking of how to expose false religion and promote true worship, finds out that many mormons are becoming disillusioned with the mormon faith because of the revelations being exposed on the internet.

  Big thumbs up for digging that one up, Island Man ! And you know what really tops it off in the song ? It is the laughter at the end..much like a self-assured confidence trickster who is satisfied he's got his victims just where he wants them and knows that they aren't running off anytime soon. Pretty much like how the Grand Wizards (aka Governing Body) laugh and rub their hands every time they shine a "new light" and the sheeple/prisoners come out to dance and lap up the turd that the Grand Wizards have prepared for them ! The Grand Wizards smile at each other, rub their hands and pat each other on the back, satisfied that over 7 million prisoners are "securely" locked down until the next full moon when another "New Light" is shone and turd served up to manage any disquiet in the cult.

  Me...oh, I'm just glad to be out !

  my goodness that was nothing !

  a letter was read today from bethel addressed to all congregations in britain that can only be described as the biggest news for years.the main points:.

  barbara anderson had a great idea for the ad1914.com website that launched on october 1st (2014).

  it's still getting a lot of attention even though it was especially launched to make a splash for october 1 & 2. i'm currently one of the admin/editors and i have a lot more respect now for everyone who runs a website.. the purpose of the site is to continue to focus attention on the 1914 doctrine and related doctrines.

  to keep getting attention there is now a facebook page and a twitter account where new updated articles are mentioned.. i don't think anyone behind the site thinks that 1914 is such an important issue when there are real issues such as "high-control," blood & medical coercion, lifestyle coercion, hypocrisy/honesty issues, child abuse, 'persons having no natural affection,' shunning, etc, and the religion has therefore become a hotbed of psychological and emotional turmoil.. but 1914 is still one of those "weak links" in the chain that has exposed the so-called "faithful and discreet slave" as dishonest, unfaithful, unwise, indiscreet, and ever unable to serve spiritual food at the proper time.. ultimately, the goal of the site will be, not to compete with other sites that have done such a great job of exposing the watch tower doctrines and practices.

  Rutherford's last book "Children" 1941- Advice DONT HAVE KIDS...Where it all started!

  watchtower 1941 sept. 15 p.283, 288 "in front of the convention platform the children recieving there free gift (copy) not as a play thing but as the lords instrument for the work in the remaining months before armagedon..." so what lovely message did the kids get from judge rutherford?

  children 1941page 281 "no children were taken onto noah's ark...it is proper to wait until after armagedon to have children...its only afew more years till armagedon..." the book concluded.

  "(john and his girlfriend talk) ...armagedon is surely near our hope is within afew years our marriage will be consumated and we will have sweet children...we will defer marriage and pioneer ...we will not see each other for a time.." thats why i dont have kids it all started with this fools book!.

  Your mum, the "apostate" ! Shame, some JWs weren't that smart or brave. Care to tell us what your mum really thought of Rutherford and his teachings just before she decided to have her first kid ?
