Hey fake fading. Isn't it funny how Jehovah is using "apostates " like us as MS. Goes to show you how much Jehovahs spirit is with this organization. At least you're not giving a talk on the assembly while carrying on an affair. I've seen that before. Plus there are "apostates" at the highest levels of the organization leaking confidential videoes and letters. On this forum you will learn things before the congregation does. We all knew about the assembly changes in advance.

Detroit DC is NOT filling up? Please book a hotel room!! -letter
by ?me? inwe have had a letter read the last 2 meetings to all congs attenidng the detroit dc's... seems people are not going, or not booking their hotels.
and the society is pissed!
they are imploring every one to not wait for a new list with new hotels, it is not happening.

We had the assembly last week so we just received our please come to Detroit letter today. it was hilarious. They obviously are worried about the fate of future conventions there. Also they told us that Detroit really needs our help and that the GB would never plan a convention in an unsafe location. Also they predictably attempted to guilt us using the Old Testament accounts of traveling to the festivals. I'm sure that will work. It seems almost out of nowhere that the witnesses in America no longer give a flying you know what. Also our assembly ran a huge deficit so we received a letter asking for help. I don't remember that happening before. oh, and we only had 2 baptized at the assembly. Pathetic. Guess Jehovah's spirit has left.

Welcome I too am an awakened MS. Faking is not too bad so far because I have great friends. It's a huge relief to have the guilt load removed. Devoting time to meetings service etc is more annoying though. I'll fade once I finish school and move away. Counting down the days.

1. zero yes 0 references to the fds in any of his talks.. 2.he also told elders that the brothers worship god and not them.so therefore the elders have no authority to order the friends around.. 3. he also talked about the stanford prison study and said that people who receive authority over others often abuse it.
4. he mentioned that when he disagrees with the branch (aka the fds) he's learned to just do what they say.

I talked to a friend in foreign language and he said that their D.O. explained in depth 1914 and 1919 in their talk. Has anyone else had the "who is rocking the nations and how" talk yet? I want to know if discussing the dates is part of the outline.
Our DO repeated when we were about to discuss the dates "this is the part I won't explain (this time he didn't say can't). You can ask your teacher or research it later." Then he said in 1914 blah blah blah happened. Then in 1919 blah blah. People got arrested a convention happened blah blah. All in about 2 minutes or less.

Apostate isn't derogatory. The WT just made it that way. Apostate and mentally diseased don't even appear together in the bible. Plus most Christian relirions consider JWs apostates becasue they don't acccept the Trinity. It's just pot calling kettle black and a sily word. The n-word is entirely different thing.

the buzz he generated was huge. Everyone I talked to after the program mentioned how we needed more brothers like him. After the program the friends swarmed him. If they were to give him the AX many people would be upset. Just like the Pharisees, they too are scared of the crowd. The crowd just hasn't realized yet how much power they actually have. I feel things will come to a head very soon. The singing was unispired, the applause very tepid and short as another poster mentioned. The only thing people enjoyed were this D.O.s talks.
