Unfortunately is probably not possible but it would be interesting to see if this people are not being counted twice. Being in a Mexican family I know how many cousins and uncles venture to work illegally in the states. Many many times over a lifetime. Off course, if they were witnesses in Mexico, they will attend meetings in the US as well.
Off course, no one gets baptized twice but some numbers could be off if people move a lot between borders.

i think most witnesses are simple minded.many are ignorant.
there are a lot of basically "good people "in the religion but i believe many are kind of dumb, including many elders.

Most.... possibly. Mere chance? It is well known that the exploits of a cult don't necessarily aim for your IQ but your emotional holes. We all have those.
i need to get this off my chest, as i don't have many people to talk to about it who would understand.. i feel like i've failed my family, as not only have i been unable to get my parents and brother to see sense regarding the cult, but now my sister, who never got baptised but managed to escape twenty years ago, is now seriously considering going back for various "emotional" reasons, and i know that she won't listen to me.. i know they have all made their own decisions (at least, to the extent that brainwashed people can make their own decisions), and i can't really blame myself (even though i was the one who, when only ten years old, convinced my mum to listen to the poor lady on the doorstep out of politeness rather than just shut the door on her - so it is all indirectly my fault), but it still feels like i've failed them..
Is just natural. A mechanism of survival. Belonging gave humans a sense of security. Unfortunately, few would understand that you can belong without being in a named group. Once that has been brought up to you (the idea that if you are not part of anything you don't belong anywhere) then it is pretty hard to change your view. Simply look at patriotism and nationalism. What would you do if you were denied citizenship in every country of the world? Who would provide you justice and protection?
Can't blame people as much as those who understand and exploit your natural tendencies.

Don't put much meaning to those shows. Specially Caso Cerrado. Most of the cases presented there are acted on by cheap actors. There is a disclaimer at the end of the show that tells you so. Most times they pick subjects like gay marriage or discrimination to get people to dwell over wha is fair and what is not. The "judge" in this case ended up ruling in favor of the mother based on freedom of religion. She gives the speech right before it on how everyone is free to choose whatever they want to believe even if it kills them.
