  Hey that sounds interesting hubert! I wonder if it tastes like Yams or what? I have had pumpkin pie, but that has spices and no hamburger

  It tastes similar to butternut squash, but has it's own characteristic flavor, too.

  Make sure you ask for a cooking pumpkin, because the others are more stringy. Still good to eat, though.

  Don't forget the salt.

  I think you'll love it. Makes a nice change. Enjoy!!!
