    LOL...I just drink hubby's last two...So I had to msn him to pick up more on his way home!

    Try a Guiness in chili! YUM - MEE! I usually add red wine to a pot roast.

    I use beer when I roast a chicken, gives a crispy skin.
    I use white wine in pork roast. Red wine in beef roast. White wine with poultry too.... Makes for a great gravy.

    Warm butter in a pan, ... add brown sugar, ... lemon juice,(just a little).....Slice a banana , and warm, ... add

    some Bacardi 151, .... flame, ...... put on vanilla custard.

    Thats good.

    I put beer in the turkey :)

    well...not literally...but I put a can of beer in the oven (open obviously or some pretty interesting things would happen) and let that bird aroast! Beer in potroast is good too...so is the beer boiled brats and beer with soup and beer with pizza and beer with more beer and...oh wait.

    sorry. got a little carried away there.

    I like beer in "Porro Baracho" but basicly beer is good in any kind of stew.
