I'll drink to that! I'm going to make me a drink, and smoke a "fag" as the British say! I love beer. Budweiser is what I usually drink. Never thought about boiling brats in beer. I think I'm going to try several of the ideas that have been posted.

Turkey grilled or cooked in the oven with a can of beer and seasonings in it tastes really good.
You can buy this beer can holders at lowes or home depot, maybe walmart even for about 3 or 4 dollars so that the beer can stays upright.
It is very good. I forget which beer we used though.
