  Let's say it plainly, for once. Jehovah's Witnesses deserve to be persecuted.

  At one time, Jehovah's Witnesses suffered terribly in Germany and Communist countries - but that was a long time ago.

  Right now, the Watchtower's minions are slyly preaching to circuit assemblies about the importance of shunning their ex-Witness

  relatives. They are deliberately advising the breakup of families - and this, after 120 years of fraud in preaching Armageddon - Soon!

  They are doing this because there is less chance of the public hearing about their cult tactics, at an isolated venue like a circuit

  assembly. It also keeps the dictate active , without being in recent print.

  Thruout the ages, men and women have made noble sacrifices to defend their families. As long as Jehovah's Witnesses

  pursue this underhanded policy of breaking up families to preserve their cultish authority, they deserve to be banned,

  imprisoned, expelled, taxed, and oppressed. Russian authorities have done a lot that is wrong to Witnesses, but

  on this issue they are correct.

  on this issue they are correct.

  How right you are All countries need to look into these cults and see them for what they really are instead of turning a blind eye. My Gawd , they ( countries ) have no problem watching and regulating everything we do in life from payiny taxes to smoking in undesignated areas to pissing in a bush.The JWS and others can , murder , rape , steal ,lie , cheat ,etc and they get a freepass.

  Yes, Witnesses deserve to be "persecuted". But is it really persecution? I don't think so. When a person or group violates human rights and individual liberties protected by the Constitution, when they are punished, they are not being "persecuted". They are being given their just due-----as it should be!

  I have never understood why WT acts like such the prophesied victim of persecution?!

  They do enough just persecuting within themselves with the expelling, shunning, lying, and cult control! Yet they consistently cry about outside persecution right?

  Just a bunch of attention whores I say!

  Consider where this shunning counsel is preached to Witnesses:

  At circuit assemblies - away from the public

  In the Kingdom Minstry - not printed for the public

  Note too that the new "What The Bible Really Teaches" doesn't warn prospective Witnesses about disfellowshipping

  even though it is intended to lead them to baptism.

  Are they cowards? Are they ashamed of this practise? Or are they just dishonest?

  If a loan company in the world did things like this, would the government object to their lack

  of ethical candor?

  All the above make them exclusive ,different and these are what catches recruits because they are out of the mainstream of other religions/cults .

  I endured brutal persecution from age six first grade 1963 on... in school for all the dub shit.

  It was all for NOTHING and ruined by education and social abilitys.

  It sometimes seems like the gb try to teach us to have a "persecution complex". We are told to expect opposition from the moment we become part of the org. Yet they try to justify the persecution that exists within the wts as justified because it's how Jehovah expects us to behave, when in reality it is unloving and inhuman. What hypocrites they are!
