Best example of surgery is Sharon Osborne in my opinion. Money well spent, shes transformed herself into a really attractive woman without looking obvious or ridiculous.
She's extraordinarily beautiful inside and out. My son was in jail, the brat, and he said all the men, every race and age, insisted on watching Sharon everyday. They all loved her. I don't blame them. Quite the lady, even with curse words spewing from her mouth, the woman has class. How many people can accomplish that?

I have always hated my nose and there was a time I wanted a nose job, but my sister in law broke her nose in a fall, and her description of the surgical process and the healing, and removing the packing, made me realize my nose is just fine.
